I found that everyone's work is similar, but they can find fun in the work environment, and they are very good at learning from people and things around them. I am a little embarrassed, I think I should learn from them, don't always complain, be good at learning. With such a mentality, I stayed with the old leader for a week at the municipal party committee. I really learned a lot during this week. In the first morning, I went to work and met the peak period. I couldn’t catch the bus. I was late for an hour. The leadership was very kind, no blame, just a smile, and I was very embarrassed. I try to get up to half an hour early every day, even though I have been away from work for a long time. From this, I realize that the concept of time is very important, and a person with a sense of time will make people feel that they are credible. At work, I typed slowly and often made mistakes. But the old leader was very careful when proofreading, and it was re-typed, which made me very embarrassed. I am a multimedia professional, and in this respect, I am not as good as a retirement leader. It seems that the most basic computer operation I have to strengthen.

After a week, I went back to the department of the government unit. Although I was still working on inputting texts, I already had a mentality of learning, and I seriously checked it.
