Court internship diary

When I was at home last summer, I had an internship in the grassroots people's court in our city for more than 20 days. I had a personal experience of the work of the grassroots people's courts, at least for the first time of the Yanbian Prefecture grassroots people's court. However, this time in the Intermediate People's Court – an internship at the highest level court in the Korean Autonomous Region, I felt that the challenge was not as easy and simple as last year, and I felt that I would like to pass this internship. I learned a lot and learned the hardships of the staff of the Intermediate People's Court.

This week is an adaptation phase for me. The court I am in is the Intermediate People's Court of the Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, so it has its own unique side. The intermediate people's courts in ethnic autonomous areas differ from those in Beijing. In the application of the law, the courts apply more local laws and regulations based on our national characteristics, and can also be used throughout the litigation process. Use our own language. The Yanbian State Court handled nearly 3,000 cases last year, including more than 400 first-instance cases and more than 2,500 second-instance cases. Among the second-instance cases, the most cases are civil cases, followed by enforcement, criminal cases and civil appeals.

I was placed in the People's Court, which is responsible for real estate cases, that is, the cases caused by or in connection with real estate or real estate are all handled by the People's Court. The judge who took me was a young Li Judge who was transferred from the grassroots court to the state court and just passed the judicial examination two years ago. His request for me is not harsh, it may be just beginning, so I still smile with me and introduce me to the general situation of the court and the recent tasks of the court. In the conversation with the judge, I also deeply felt the judge's profoundness and attitude as the presiding judge. Although it was only one week, I felt that the judge was extremely serious on the first day.

Speaking of this week's internship work, it can be said that there is almost no substantive content, just to inform the parties to participate in the inquiry, followed by the "typing practice", that is, to input the lack of electronic version of the information, such as judgments, rulings and so on. Because it is the second instance, the judge needs the content of the judgment and the appeal of the court of first instance when writing the trial report and the judgment document. However, some of the information is only in writing, and the court of the original court did not submit the electronic version, so in order to alleviate the work of the judge. The amount will be assigned to the clerk or the print room. I still remember the first day, when the judge said that I wanted to test my typing speed, I would enter the instrument without an electronic version. Because it was the first day, I thought of giving myself a "plus points". I quickly moved my ten fingers on the keyboard in front of the computer. It took me forty minutes to complete a verdict, a total of 2,500. Multi-word, the average speed is only 60 words / minute. Unexpectedly, it was approved by the judge. He said that this basically met the typing requirements as a clerk. In the next few days, the judge gave me the task of entering the verdict, which was about eight. In this way, my week in the middle school was almost spent in typing practice. I think my typing speed is still improving.
