Through extensive consultations with the opinions of the people inside and outside the party, and earnestly carrying out democratic appraisal and democratic evaluation, the branch has a relatively clear awareness of the shortcomings of its own work. In general, the branch work has a "floating" problem, and the opinions are mainly concentrated on the following aspects:

3. Lack of strong guidance on the work of the regiment;

After careful research and discussion, the branch proposed the following rectification plan:

First, strengthen the self-construction of the branch and improve leadership

Since the establishment of the Department and the work of the Party Branch, there has been a busy and exhausted situation. Especially last year, Comrade Fu Ganghui, a member of the branch organization and deputy director of the department, worked in Lin'an Town in Lin'an. There were only two members left in the branch, and there were more than 900 students in the department, of which 259 were submitted to the party. Objectively, there are many work and affairs, and subjectively, there is indeed an idea of ​​attaching importance to administrative management and relaxing party management. In response to this situation, the branch decided:

1. Clarify the division of labor within the branch, appropriately supplement the branch committee members, coordinate the work of various branches, and coordinate the relationship between the administration and the party affairs. Strive to rationalize party and political relations while the department is launching secondary accounting.

2. Improve various branch systems. A regular meeting of the branch members is held once a month, and a party member democratic life meeting is held every quarter to discuss work and exchange ideas in a timely manner. In the next semester, we will start the construction of the branch system.

3. Fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the majority of teachers and members of the party, and jointly participate in the construction of the branch.

Through rectification, we hope to achieve the purpose of clear branch work, clear responsibility, sound system, and enhanced work.

Second, close contact with the people and conscientiously implement the party's popular line

From the survey, many teachers and students did not understand the work of the branch, and they had a relatively one-sided understanding of the party and the party branch. The branch intends to improve by:

1. Practically strengthen the publicity of the party's knowledge, and build the online publicity window, issue the party's knowledge education manual, organize learning exchange meetings, and individual conversations to make the teachers and students understand the party's principles and policies.

2. In the form of branch work communication, timely feedback to the staff, students and students.

3. The branch meeting invited people from outside the party to participate in the meeting and asked for their opinions.

4. Improve the publicity system. Develop party activists, develop party members, and introduce new work measures.

Publicize beforehand, solicit opinions from the public, and be open, fair, and fair.

5. Seriously do a good job in branch activities. Branch activities are a window for the public to understand the work of the branch and an effective way to improve the attractiveness of the party organization. Therefore, the branch activities should enrich the content and form while highlighting the theme.

By adopting the above methods, we strive to achieve the goal of rectifying the transparency of the branch work and narrowing the distance from the people.

Third, give play to the leading role of the party branch, improve the cohesiveness of the departmental team, and the combative party's work is ultimately the work of people's work and thought. The initiative of this branch is not very active.

Limited to the completion of the daily "prescribed action", so the lead role of the branch is not obvious. It is planned to start from the following aspects and carry out rectification:

1. Keep abreast of party members' thoughts, establish a democratic life meeting system, communicate ideas, and unify concepts.

2. In terms of discipline, party members must have higher requirements than the people, and implement them in the form of systems.

3. Moderately care about the work of the group and give necessary guidance and assistance. The Party branch must hold a weekly party and group work discussion meeting to summarize and improve in a timely manner.

4. Continue to carry out the work of party members' responsibility areas, make clear provisions on party members' responsibilities in the area of ​​responsibility, and improve the corresponding inspection system. The initial plan is to set up a party member class teacher, together with the full-time class teacher, to do a good job in the students' ideological work. Regularly contact the students who submitted the application in the class; together with the full-time class teacher, each semester, at least three student dormitory rooms, participate in a class activity, a class cadre meeting; check the class situation, help a backward student every semester; Summary of work, for evaluation.
