Third, rectification measures and steps
1. Guaranteed by the system, emphasizing the pertinence, timeliness, organization and system of learning. As the first-line unit of the firefighting unit, in the specific fire-fighting work practice, we must constantly strengthen and promote the learning mode of “guided practice by theory and test theory in practice”; second, we must constantly emphasize the pertinence and timeliness of learning. Combining the nature and tasks of fire protection work, we will continuously improve the law-enforcement thinking for the people, especially the theoretical level of the Communist Party members, and improve their ability to learn and use Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents" and continuously improve their theoretical knowledge. 3. Strengthen the spirit of solidarity and cooperation among the members of the branch and adhere to the principle of democratic centralism. 4. Strengthen the sense of purpose and solve the outstanding problems reflected by the people. Awareness of purpose is a key issue. Whether the work is done well, the support of the people does not support, and the unwavering purpose of the concept is the key. The branch plans to continuously strengthen the sense of purpose from the following aspects. First, the branch should pay more attention to the life of cadres, soldiers and personal growth. Second, after the implementation of various systems, the quality of life of officers and men should be appropriately improved; the third is to strengthen the internal management of the troops, constantly improve the system, standardize the procedures, form a good atmosphere of system management, restraint, and motivate people; Management and standardized management should be further implemented.
