The civil air defense project permit, engineering planning permit and construction permit are being processed. At present, there are still 8 households to be demolished in the project to be built. After the coordination of the district government, all the demolition will be completed after the Spring Festival. The first phase of the project covers an area of ​​200 mu, with an investment of 120 million yuan, a construction area of ​​100,000 m2, and a hardening of 40,000 m2. The construction of a 21-meter wide east-west main road and three north and south auxiliary roads will mainly build construction hardware, sanitary ware and walls. Function rooms, districts and market service facilities such as floor tiles, door and window wood lines, and stone. The first phase of the project is scheduled to start construction in early April of the year, completed at the end of September, and will be opened for operation in October. The second phase of the project depends on the first phase of investment promotion.
II. Risheng Rimei Logistics Distribution Center Project Overview: Risheng Rimei Company plans to invest 150 million yuan to build a commodity logistics distribution center supporting the “Wancun Qianxiang Market Project”, project information management, e-commerce center Planning for procurement, processing, warehousing, transportation, logistics and distribution has been basically completed. The first phase of the project plans to invest 48 million yuan. It covers an area of ​​16,000 square meters and a construction area of ​​8,000 square meters in the original area of ​​the former transformer factory. It is mainly based on the headquarters base, supply chain, retail terminal and e-commerce center. After the completion of the first phase of the project, the cargo throughput can reach a scale of 30,000-50,000 tons, which can drive sales income of 300 million yuan and profits and taxes of 30 million yuan. The second phase of the project plans to invest 50 million yuan to build a storage and transportation center, a business hall, and a sorting and processing center. After the completion of the first phase of the project, the project will start at the right time according to the operation and fund raising. After the project is put into use, the cargo throughput can reach 80-100,000 tons, which can drive the sales income of 500 million yuan, profits and taxes. 50 million yuan. The third phase of the project plans to invest 52 million yuan, which is under planning.
Project construction progress and objectives: After purchasing the original transformer factory, the project started basic work at the end of March of the year. 2. Information service platform construction: mainly based on logistics management system construction and network platform construction, including erp software system construction, rural logistics network construction, information service and business platform construction, network construction and related hardware purchase, etc. The total investment is RMB 11.859 million.
3. Simultaneously carry out retail terminal integration and supply chain integration, expand the scope of “one network multi-purpose” service, start joint procurement work, and carry out “reverse logistics” work.
4. Develop iso9000 system certification, standardize the operation level of the logistics center; establish a product quality inspection room to ensure the quality of goods.
III. *Industrial Park Integrated Logistics Project Overview: *Industrial Park Logistics Park is planned to be built in the north of the Mulitou sand mine in the southern part of the *Industrial Park and in the north of the wire rope factory. The project covers an area of ​​xx mu with a total investment of 150 million yuan. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase of the project covers an area of ​​1,000 mu, with an investment of 9,200 yuan, and a logistics park with a capacity of 1 million tons of comprehensive cargo handling capacity. The second phase of the project covers an area of ​​1,000 mu, with an investment of 58 million yuan. It will build a logistics park with a comprehensive cargo handling capacity of more than 2 million tons. It will have a bonded warehouse and build the overall logistics project into a regional logistics and transportation service center. International modern logistics park development. The total length of the railway dedicated line construction of the main facilities of the project will reach 12,980 meters in accordance with the plan.
Project construction progress and objectives: The project plans a total investment of 92 million yuan. The feasibility study report of the “* City* Integrated Logistics Railway Special Line Project” drafted by Jinzhou China Railway Transportation Design Consulting Co., Ltd. has been approved, the drawing of the special line construction plan has been completed, and it has been approved by Shentie Bureau. Report the project to the NDRC and other departments. At present, there is no owner of the logistics park construction, and it is intensively attracting investment. *Year of construction goals:
1. Complete the requisition and leveling of 1000 mu of land in the logistics park.
2. Complete the construction of special railway lines. The railway dedicated line has a total length of 12,980 meters. The logistics park is a main transport line and two loading and unloading auxiliary lines of 3×1300 extension meters. The core project of the integrated logistics park will be completed this year.
3. According to the investment situation, we will strive to build the first phase of the logistics park with a capacity of 1 million tons of throughput before the end of the year.
