Industrial project park construction report materials

According to the research arrangement, I will briefly report on the relevant situation of the park:
I. Basic information of the project area
**The industrial project area is one of the 14 industrial parks named by the municipal government, and is affiliated with the Sulige Economic Development Zone. The overall planned area of the project area is 12.8 square kilometers, and the control area is 30 square kilometers. The economy is a development model, with coal deep processing projects such as coal chemical and coal gasification as the leading industries, with methanol, tar, dimethyl ether and olefins as the main products.
Since the establishment of the project area, the scientific development concept has been thoroughly implemented, infrastructure construction has been actively carried out, efforts have been made to improve the investment environment, and service quality and efficiency have been improved. The development of the project area has achieved initial success. Up to now, five project companies have been introduced, namely: Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co., Ltd. 3 million tons / year dimethyl ether project, China Coal Energy Group Co., Ltd. 2 million tons of synthetic ammonia, 3.5 million tons of urea project, Jinchengtai Chemical Co., Ltd. 600,000 tons / year coal to methanol Project, Shenye Lan Charcoal Products Co., Ltd. 1.2 million tons / year dry distillation coal project, Tehong Coal Chemical Co., Ltd. 1.2 million tons / year carbonaceous reducing agent project, Te Hong Biological Co., Ltd. 150,000 tons / year corn deep processing project.
II. Infrastructure construction in the project area The infrastructure construction of the project area was fully launched in XX. First, the municipal roads and ancillary projects in the project area were fully started. Up to now, the underground pipe network and pavement works of Weiyi Road in the project area have been completed, green and bright. The chemical engineering is doing basic work; the three-way underground pipe network project has also been completed, the grassroots project has been completed 20%, and the basic framework of the project area has been formed. Second, the project area water supply and water supply project began to prepare feasibility study work; third, the project area to the town area fast track site selection and design drawings have been completed, with the conditions for commencement; fourth, the 220,000 substation site has been completed, the project feasibility study The argument has been approved and approved by the higher authorities, and preliminary preparations are underway.
Third, the completion of industrial added value in XX:
Up to now, there have been 2 projects in the project area, namely, 15,000 tons/year corn deep processing project of Tehong Group and 1.2 million tons/year dry distillation coal project of Shenye Lanjiao Products Co., Ltd. After the completion of the 150,000-ton/year corn deep processing project of Tehong Group, it has not been put into production due to the influence of the market. Now it is working on the trial production of sweet sorghum; the project of 1.2 million tons/year dry distillation coal of Shenye Lanjiao Products Co., Ltd. The period of 300,000 tons was affected by the financial crisis. It has been in a semi-discontinued state and resumed production in early November. The industrial added value of 14 million yuan was completed from January to September.
4. Construction land use and source of construction funds:
The planned area of the project area is 12.8 square kilometers. The land acquisition and storage in the planned area has been completed nearly 8 square kilometers. The source of infrastructure construction funds in the project area has been introduced into the city investment company and bank loans through market operation.
V. Suggestions for further improving the work of the park: In view of the project area, there are 3 million tons/year dimethyl ether project of Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co., Ltd., 2 million tons of synthetic ammonia and 3.5 million tons of urea from China Coal Energy Group Co., Ltd. In order to better improve the infrastructure construction of the park and improve the service level, the Autonomous Region Economic Commission can help the infrastructure construction funds of the park.
