This school year is a year of good harvest.
The workload is large and it is super workload. The work is steady and diligent. In the first half of the year, there were 4 classes for teaching high school and 12 classes for weekly classes. In the second half of the year, the teaching height is 4 classes and the class time is 12 sessions. Saturday is often 4 hours on the first, overloaded. In the post-semester period, under the arrangement of the director of the department, four Olympic Games and Peiyou classes were added, and no compensation was paid.
The teaching performance is obvious. In the teaching, carefully prepare lessons. On the basis of preparing a class, you should take a look at the lesson plan before each class. The lesson plans are all electronic. After each class, you can also record the lessons and new findings in a timely manner, and timely modify and improve the lesson plans. The topic of chemistry is relatively changeable. If students want to do it, we can all be screened, and after we have done it, we will give the students a topic. This year's assignments are more flexible, including: homework, basic training, chemical, test papers, journals, and experimental reports. All of these operations can be completely revised in batches. Although this year's students want to integrate "3+x", we are not too reassured, and we must focus on the number of undergraduates. But our job load is not heavy, because it uses a flexible approach that is decentralized and concentrated in the classroom.
Individual counseling and guidance for students is also one of the performances of hard work. I often look for individual students in the class to give guidance. I stay in the classroom and stay with the classmates for a while, asking them to ask questions, and sometimes asking them to go to the office for individual guidance and confusion.
I am a senior teacher, a member of the xxx Chemistry Center Group, a council member of the Municipal Chemistry Teaching Association, and a first prize winner of the Shandong Provincial Quality Course. Over the years, it has received high and outstanding praises in the evaluation of teaching and evaluation. The students in the class have higher chemistry and outstanding achievements. Bringing young teachers is a very important job. As an old teacher, not only do you do your own teaching work, but also guide young teachers. In the last school year, I was the instructor of the new teacher Wang Zhimin. After a year of joint efforts, Wang Zhimin’s teacher grew very fast, and his class and teaching achievements were excellent. He was named a “new rookie” in the school. In the XX~XX school year, I was the instructor of the new teacher Liu Xiaohua. At the same time, I also carried out a lot of guidance work for the new teacher Rong Lin. The two new teachers are hardworking and eager to learn, and there are many classes. During the mid-term evaluation of the school, Liu Xiaohua ranked second and Rong Lin was the third. Through the joint efforts of new and old teachers, the two grew faster and introduced research classes earlier.
The teaching and research group has outstanding work results. At the beginning of this year, I proposed three teaching and research programs in conjunction with the plans and requirements put forward by the school: each preparation group implemented the preparation system for the center spokesperson; the listening system; each preparatory group gave a research class to the group. In order to promote the teaching and research activities of the whole group, promote the improvement of teaching level and promote the improvement of teaching quality. After the discussion at the whole group meeting, the division of labor was implemented. The activities of our center spokesperson did work out, especially the high school preparation team was very good and very effective. Each preparation group will present a research class activity to the whole group. Through research, teachers learn from each other, communicate with each other, and promote each other. Our research classes and lectures are obvious to the whole school.

My research work has also achieved excellent results. The "problem-discussion-based teaching model" that I studied coincides with the evaluation of the top ten models in Jinan this year. I also declared it. After the primary election in the city, a classroom demonstration competition was held in Jinan No. 1 Middle School. My class "Halo Element" is very exciting and has been praised by experts and colleagues in various fields.
