I. Overview of mines and water inflow Tangkou Coal Mine is located in the west of Jining City, with Panjiamiao as the center, 10km away from Jining City, 327 National Road in the south, and Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal and Beijing-Kowloon Railway in the west. The traffic situation is very convenient. The mine has a flat terrain with an average elevation of +39m. The main facilities on the ground are designed and constructed to take into account the need for flood control. At present, the normal water inflow of the mine is 110m3/h, and the maximum water inflow is 200m3/h. It is estimated that the normal water inflow in the mine in xx years is 146 m3/h, and the maximum water inflow is 260 m3/h.
Second, mine drainage power supply system Mine drainage system is mainly based on the central pump house, using a full row of drainage.
1. Drainage equipment: install five pj200×12 main drainage pumps in the central pumping station, with a flow rate of 420 m3/h, a lift of 1127.9m, with y6304-4/2240kw/10kv motor, 2 sets of 2 sets of spare and 1 set of maintenance, system The total drainage capacity is 1120 m3/h. Under the premise of normal water inflow, the water inflow amount of 10 m3/min is increased, that is, the water supply capacity can reach 746 m3/h, and the drainage system can also meet the requirements.
2. Drainage pipeline: Three auxiliary drainage pipes are laid in the auxiliary wellbore. According to the different laying locations, seamless steel pipes with different wall thickness are selected. The d350×13 is above -350m and the d350×16 is -350~-650m. Below -650 level is d325×25, which is connected to the pumping pipe circular pipeline by pipe. The length of each row is 1100m, the drainage capacity of single-row pipeline is 466.29 m3/h, and the total drainage capacity is 1398.87 m3/h.
3. The water tank is divided into two water tanks inside and outside. The total water tank volume is 4800m3, of which the inner water tank volume is 2220 m3 and the outer water tank volume is 2580 m3.
4. Power supply: The central substation is powered by a 10kv power distribution room from the ground 110kv substation. The downhole cable uses 4 channels and 12 single-core cables. The model is myjv42 1×185. Each cable is 1650m long and is laid in the auxiliary shaft. The drain pump starting device is started by a medium-pressure solid-state soft starter from Beshaw, USA.
3. Main engineering projects and completion of mine drainage and power supply systems:
In order to do a good job in the three seasons of the rainy season this year, we will start early and prepare for it. Based on the principle of “safety first, prevention first, key projects guarantee investment, and early implementation of key projects”, we will conscientiously formulate and improve this year’s rainy season. "Engineering plan, and implemented according to the plan content. There are 18 projects in this year, including 7 electromechanical overhaul installation projects, including 2 key projects; 11 ground and underground engineering projects, including 5 key projects, all completed according to the plan; Taiwan, 47 high-voltage cables, 52 relay protection test; arrester 57, 16 lightning rods, all completed according to the plan.
1. Drainage equipment: According to the on-site use of the drainage equipment of the central substation, the maintenance quantity of the electromechanical equipment includes: replacing one water pump, two motor sweeping and repairing and strengthening the pipeline. Two motor sweeps and pump replacements as well as repair and reinforcement of the pipeline were completed.
2. Power supply equipment: The high-voltage switchgear of the central substation is inspected during the May Day holiday. On April 18, Jining Electric Power Bureau conducted tests on the 110v room sf6 combination switch, three main transformers and the main control room. During the holiday of May 1st, Cheonan Company conducted tests on the electrical equipment of the 10kv power distribution room in the upper and lower floors, and tested all the equipment and cables of the 10kv power distribution room and the central substation of the 110kv substation.
3. The internal and external water tanks were cleared.
4. The clearing work of the underground ditches and sedimentation tanks shall be distributed to the district teams according to the jurisdiction. The project is completed and the silt sites and ditch shall be cleared at any time.
5. Invested more than 2 million yuan to improve the ground drainage pipe of more than 5,000 meters, and at the same time, to ensure that the rainwater in the rainy season is timely discharged to the ground ditch.
6. The leakage of the main and auxiliary shaft garages and the roof basement was also treated.
7. The lightning rods on all the high-rise structures on the ground have been tested for grounding resistance and withstand voltage. The test data is in compliance with the relevant requirements of the “Safety Regulations for Coal Mines”.
8. The large pump test operation was carried out on the central pump house, which complies with relevant regulations.
Fourth, the rainy season three anti-organization organizations and rescue materials reserve
1. With the opinions of the No. 3 document of the Tang mine machine on the work of “three defenses” in the rainy season of xx, the specific arrangements for the “three defenses” of the rainy season were made, and the leading group for the three seasons of the rainy season was set up. 5. The mine leadership team and functional departments are on duty every day to keep abreast of the weather conditions, even if solving the problems in the rainy season flood control work, and ensuring full poison.
