The main problems in work decisions, institutional mechanisms, service development and environment creation are as follows:
First, the main problems of self-study are not tight. First, the theory of learning is not deep enough. Because of the heavy work tasks, there is no big space, and there is no such thing as a small space. I have no determination to squeeze time to study. I am usually satisfied with the central group to study, or read newspapers and look at archives. The learning theory lacks depth. Second, learning knowledge is not comprehensive enough. In practice, there are sometimes pragmatic ideas, using schooling, rushing to learn urgently, first learning first, especially for new knowledge such as market economy knowledge and modern scientific knowledge, and the learning surface needs to be broadened. Third, the theory is not close enough. Although we have invested a certain amount of energy in the political theory of studying the scientific development concept and building a harmonious society, there are still some gaps in the application of the theory to guide the actual work, and there are not many measures and methods to innovatively promote the labor security work.
The investigation is not deep enough. The investigation and research work has not been carried out in depth, not detailed enough, not broad enough, and there are many reports and reports in the office. There are many meetings, deepening the grassroots level, deepening the actual situation, and less time for the people to go into the public. It is not comprehensive enough, and it puts less effort into asking the people and helping the grassroots to solve hotspots and difficult problems. The implementation of democratic centralism needs to be further strengthened. When making decisions on some issues, sometimes in the more urgent circumstances, the solicitation of opinions is not detailed enough, not comprehensive enough, and there is still a phenomenon that is not eager to make a decision without fully letting everyone express their opinions.
Strengthening system construction, and standardizing management will be put into action late. At the beginning of the appointment of the Secretary, it also strengthened the system construction in terms of improving meetings, study, attendance, and daily affairs management, and promoted the standardized management of the bureau system. Integrity and self-discipline need to be strengthened. Over the years, although I have been able to consciously abide by the relevant provisions of the party's work style and clean government, and to pay attention to the implementation of the responsibility system for party style and clean government construction, there has not been any major problem in the construction of party style and clean government within the system, but in accordance with the relevant provisions of honesty and self-discipline and "two The requirements of the "Regulations", I also have some minor problems. Second, the reasons for the existence of the above problems, although there are certain objective reasons, but mainly due to subjective reasons. Although the problem appears on the surface, it is produced in thought. From a deeper level of analysis, there are mainly the following reasons:
Insufficient understanding of the importance of learning. Analyze the main problems in the aspects of ideological concepts, work decisions, institutional mechanisms, service development, and environment creation. The fundamental reason lies in the lack of understanding of the importance of theoretical study, and it is not important to be a member of the party’s vanguard team. The height of historical responsibility is to understand the extreme importance of learning, and to understand the urgency of learning from the reality of facing new situations and new tasks. The sense of purpose is not strong enough. The purpose of serving party members and cadres wholeheartedly for the people is not a slogan, but is embodied in action, embodied in work, and reflected in the sense of responsibility for the cause. I sometimes think that the labor security work is to work for the people and the disadvantaged groups. The duties and responsibilities have caused less in-depth grassroots, deeper understanding of the hardships of the people in difficulty, and the hot and difficult issues reflected by the people have not been resolved in time.
I don’t know much about the role of institution building. It turns out that everyone is a cadre of the government, and the awareness is relatively high. Many questions about the problems of some cadres are reminded. More alarms can be solved, and some problems are caused. Some operating procedures are not standardized, causing some cadres to relax. In the work, the service is not in place, the service efficiency is not high, and the service attitude is not good.
Self-requirement is not too strict. As the main leader of the bureau, we should be high standards and strict requirements. We should always go ahead and do our best to set an example for everyone and set an example. Over the years, although I have worked hard, I have not done enough. Some problems, such as the failure of departmental duties, are not in place. Before the decision-making, the opinions are not deep, not comprehensive, please ask questions, etc., to a large extent Due to the lack of self-requirement, if you have always adhered to high standards and strict requirements, these problems can be alleviated, overcome, and avoided. Therefore, we must always manage ourselves, regulate ourselves, restrain ourselves, and improve ourselves with the standards of leading cadres.
Third, rectification measures to effectively strengthen learning, and strive to improve their own quality. First, carefully formulate their own theoretical and business learning plans.
