I don't know why, since this incident, my psychology has undergone subtle changes, complaining has begun to increase, and little things will be preoccupied. Slowly, the feelings of complaints gradually occupy my heart, even I don’t dare myself. Believe it. Over time, my colleagues began to look at me differently and even alienated me slowly. The manager no longer allows me to take on the main job, but instead asks me to cooperate with other colleagues. Although it is only a sentence of the boss, it adds a lot of burden to our work. To increase the number of awards, it means not only to buy prizes, certificates of honor, but also to put a series of information on top. However, at this time, only five programs will be available at the end of the evening. The teahouse read 1000 words to deal with this sudden change, the manager was in a hurry, the other two colleagues could not help but complain, and even recommended to reissue the next day.

After some busy work, at the end of the last program, all the newly added certificates and prizes will be ready.

Afterwards, the company’s boss also apologized for the trouble that caused the temporary increase in the number of awards, but he was very happy when he saw that we were responding so suddenly to such a sudden change. To this end, the company also gave us a written commendation.

After this incident, I gradually learned to manage my own emotions. When I encountered a temporary change, I overcame difficulties and tried to complete it. The manager also restored his trust in me and handed me some important plans to draft. My relationship with my colleagues has been harmonized and my work efficiency has improved.

This experience made me understand that the method is always more difficult than the difficulty. In response to the sudden change, it is better to use the mentality to deal with it and to try to solve it.
