Eight-year class work plan
First, the basic situation of the class :
There are 48 students in my class, including 26 boys and 22 girls. After a semester of hard work, the class style and study style have made great progress, but there are still many shortcomings, and there are still many students with poor grades.
Second, the work objectives:
Continue to develop students' education; initially develop students' expertise to lay the foundation for the overall development of students and the construction of excellent classes.
Third, specific measures:
1. Make full use of the class to educate students.
2. Play the role of class cadres, and teachers and students jointly manage classes .
3. Make full use of the classroom for 45 minutes to educate students.
Fourth, the main activities of the class :
1. The first week of the class meeting will be held to clarify the specific division of labor so that the work of the class committee will be officially operated.
2. Carry out class and school education in a timely manner, use routine management as a carrier, standardize the management requirements of students, and reaffirm the requirements of all aspects of the school to prevent problems before they occur.
3. Carry out honesty education, humanistic education and safety education, and start from the aspects of students' eating, wearing, and living, to develop good hygiene habits, and at the same time further optimize the humanistic environment and enhance collective cohesion.
4. Carry out the learning activities of Lei Feng.
5. Carry out patriotic education, issue a blackboard newspaper, and hold a patriotic theme class meeting.
6. Organize ancient poetry and carry out ancient poetry competitions.
7. Conduct civilized student activities and regularly select civilized students.
8. Strengthen reading guidance and conduct reading competitions.
9. Conduct language practice activities and publish language tabloids on a regular basis.
10. Grasp the students' writing and organize class writing competitions.
11. Carry out mental health education, enhance students' psychological quality, correct the students' concept of communication, and ensure that the main energy is put into study.
