The overall characteristics of this classmate are: 1. No big mistakes, no small mistakes; 2. Each student has great room for improvement in different aspects, and they also have self-motivation. Most of the students have a strong sense of honor. 3, the biggest problem is that most of the students are unconscious, self-control is relatively poor, need others to keep in charge, no matter what happens.

According to this situation, I took the following measures during the semester:

1. According to the difference between boys and girls, according to the different levels of learning, according to the different heights, they are organized into 13 groups with considerable strength, and 13 group leaders are prepared respectively. Then, students with strong sense of responsibility and most students are selected. Class representatives, deputy class representatives, study committee members, labor committee members, and road team leaders choose students with special skills to serve as propaganda committee members, cultural and recreational committee members, and sports committee members.

2. For disciplinary, study, health, road teams, etc., carefully formulate applicable and feasible class points system. The relevant class committees are responsible for adding points and deducting points according to the group, and the class representatives regularly evaluate and take reward and punishment measures every week. Class guides are often supervised and implemented. In this way, to a certain extent, students can help each other in behavior habits, study, and discipline, and help each other, which is conducive to the study of special students and progress in all aspects. At the same time, it enhances students' self-discipline and strengthens the sense of collective honor and responsibility. Strengthening students' ability to work together and unite can also make class work more relaxed and effective.

3, learning is still taking the usual method of calculating the total score of the unit, so that students not only complete the homework, even if the correction, it can better encourage them to keep their homework and develop good reading habits.
