The development work of party members in our school is guided by the scientific concept of development, according to the "Opinions of the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Strengthening the Work of Developing Party Members in Youth", in accordance with the "Articles of Association of the Communist Party of China" and "Working Rules of the Communist Party of China (Trial)" The requirements, and conscientiously implement the principle of "adhering to standards, ensuring quality, improving structure, and developing with care".

Conscientiously implement the scientific concept of development and raise awareness of the importance of doing a good job in the development of party members. The scientific concept of development has important guiding significance for the work of party members in the new era. It has enabled us to raise our awareness of the importance and necessity of doing a good job in the development of party members. Absorbing outstanding members into the party and ensuring the quality of party members is an important measure to maintain and carry forward the party's advanced nature. Therefore, we must take the scientific development concept as a guide and vigorously develop young teachers. Combined with the actual work, we believe that we should raise awareness in the following aspects:

1. Correctly understand the main criteria for absorbing new party members. Whether or not we can consciously strive to achieve the party's line and program is in line with the conditions of party members and is the main criterion for absorbing new party members.

2. Conscientiously implement the principle of “adhering to standards, strict procedures, and ensuring quality”. In the development work of party members, we must adhere to the basic requirements, adhere to the two-year training period, and conscientiously implement the policy of "adhering to standards, ensuring quality, improving structure, and developing with care", strictly fulfilling the procedures for joining the party, mature one, and develop one. Always maintain the purity of the party.

3. Always attach great importance to building the party in ideology, strengthen the education and management of party members, and continuously improve the ideological and political quality of party members through the melting pot of the party. It is necessary to make full use of party classes, carry out training on party activists, probationary party members, and official party members, and constantly raise awareness of the party so that the majority of party members and party activists can truly join the party.

4. Grasp the focus of party members' development work. We must pay attention to the organizational development of the backbone of young and middle-aged academics and academic leaders.

In the mid-2019, our new four-party general branch must conscientiously implement the spirit of the organization of the district's organization work, and carry out the activities of the "Community Party Construction Work Standardization Construction Year". I. Guiding ideology and main tasks

Seriously study the speech of the secretary of the provincial and municipal party committees in the construction of the provincial and municipal cadres' work style and the spirit of the Fifth Session of the Eighth Session of the Municipal Party Committee. With the theme of "standardizing party building work, strengthening core functions, improving service levels, and building a harmonious community", we will comprehensively improve the level of community party building and provide organizational guarantee for building a harmonious community.

We will further strengthen the basic team, basic system, basic carrier and basic security construction through solid implementation of the standardization construction year activities, further strengthen the standardization of community party organizations and community services, and strive to achieve community “organizational gridding, party member management refinement, The goal of "four modernizations" of the characteristics of the activity carrier and the social service and affection is to continuously strengthen the ability to unite party members, unite the people, and unite the society, and promote the party building work in the community to gradually embark on the normalization, institutionalization, and standardization track.

Under the guidance of the higher party committee in 2019, my community realized grid management and basically achieved the "six in place." 2. Innovate party members' education methods, enrich the life of the party, and highlight the characteristics of organizational life.

Effectively use the party class platform, actively explore the new mode of party group life in accordance with the requirements of the three sessions and one lesson, and innovate recreational, infiltration, open, caring, class, forum, lecture and other activities to enhance organizational life. Flexibility and effectiveness. Standardize the "one-stop" and "one-stop" service model, and create "to enable residents to enjoy more convenient services."

3. Establish and improve the mechanism for party members to contact the public. Let party members establish regular contact outlets for the people, consciously pair with the people, constantly listen to the voices of the people, and promptly feedback to the party organizations. Organize the majority of party members to serve the people on a regular basis, mostly to solve problems and solve practical problems, and to be friends of the people.

4. Adhere to standards and strengthen the development of party members.

First, strictly correct the formalities for the party members.
