Focus on the following work:

I. Consolidate and improve the results of compulsory education

Organize the faculty and staff to seriously study and publicize the new "Compulsory Education Law" and consolidate and improve the results of compulsory education. We will comprehensively promote the adjustment of rural China's small layout, strengthen the reform of weak schools, and promote the balanced development of compulsory education. We will conscientiously implement the policy of compulsory education for children of migrant workers in cities and strengthen the education of “left-behind children” in rural areas. Do a good job in the compulsory education stage. Establish and improve the rescue mechanism for poor students, and continue to implement the “two exemptions and one subsidy” for the families with poverty in the rural compulsory education stage to encourage and support China’s small work-study activities.

Second, promote the healthy development of ordinary high schools

Consolidate the construction achievements of provincial and municipal demonstration high schools, further strengthen the teaching management and guidance work for ordinary high schools, take measures, strengthen responsibilities, make the three grades of high school take their respective responsibilities, coordinate development, and change the past emphasis on graduating classes. Teaching despise the practice of initial grade management, comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching, and focus on the rate of enrollment of fresh graduates.

Third, strengthen preschool education

Focus on the construction of kindergartens in township centers, and promote the construction and assessment of demonstration kindergartens and first-class kindergartens. Strive for 30% of township kindergartens to reach city-level kindergartens, 50% of township kindergartens to reach city-level kindergartens, and actively develop village-level kindergartens, conditional villages to build village-level kindergartens or small schools with kindergartens or private kindergartens. Strengthen the construction of kindergarten teachers and strive to improve the quality of kindergarten teachers. Raise funds from various sources, or encourage social groups and individuals to contribute to the construction of a high-quality private kindergarten to improve the quality of education.

Fourth, strengthen the construction of urban vocational high schools

Vigorously promote the "Professional Education Law", taking the province's key support for the "Huanghuai four cities" vocational education work as an opportunity to accelerate the construction of urban vocational high schools in our county. Encourage and support private funds to invest in vocational education and promote the healthy development of vocational education. Continue to place the enrollment work of secondary vocational schools in the most important position, expand the school space for vocational education, integrate the resources for running vocational education, and improve the efficiency of vocational education. Jointly run with Jiangsu Fuyang Vocational Education Center to improve the employment rate and employment quality of vocational school graduates.

V. New school and school building renovation work

1. New school work. According to the “Zhennan County Urban and Rural Education Development Plan”, it is planned to build a nine-year-old nine-year-old school in the Western District of the county. In the first phase, a new 30-class planning national small school was established. The school site has been selected and construction can begin after the Spring Festival. The construction fund county financial arrangements are resolved.

2. Rural school building renovation work. According to the “Reformation Plan for Rural Schools in Tongnan County”, two preliminary reform projects were implemented in 2019, namely, the Xiaoshan Middle School and Zhanglouyi Middle School Student Dormitory and Canteen Project. The investment of 4.5 million yuan, the new dormitory area of ​​4,357 square meters, the new canteen area of ​​1510 square meters.

3. Rural Chinese small school building renovation work. Through the implementation of “Rural China Small Dangerous Housing Reconstruction Project” and “Rural China Small School School Renovation Project” in recent years, the old dilapidated houses in rural China have been eliminated, but the shortage of school buildings and incomplete functions are widespread. In 2019, the use of school reform funds was based on the adjustment of rural China's small layout, centralized funds to build several boarding schools, and to find solutions to school buildings, shortage of teachers, and difficulties in evacuating schools.

6. Strengthen the use and management of distance education projects

Strict management of rural China's small distance education project, giving play to the radiation effect of distance education projects and improving the use efficiency. Implement the training program for the education and technical ability of small teachers in China, and promote the reform of the teaching content, mode and method of information technology. Build an educational resource library and a video conferencing system to do a good job in the safety of educational metropolitan area networks and computer systems.
