In combination with the actual situation of our institute, we will work out the 2019 “Work for the Whole Service for the People” project:

First, unified understanding, attach great importance to, and earnestly improve the understanding of the "full-time agency system" work

The "full-scale agency system" work is a new type of work system and method for serving the people in the new era; it is a new attempt by the party committees and governments at all levels to practice governance for the people; it is to start from the interests of the people and solve problems in the construction of grassroots governance capacity. New measures are new means to promote cadres to change their work style and improve work efficiency; they are new carriers for urging and promoting clean government, optimizing the environment for economic and social development, strengthening the construction of grassroots organizations, building harmonious Manas, and achieving economic and social leaps. Development has important practical significance. We must fully understand the significance of this work, unify our thinking, raise our understanding, enhance our sense of responsibility and mission to do this work, firmly establish the concept of "the interests of the people are no small matter", and work with the deep feelings of the people.
