I. Qualification review and precautions

The qualification review will be held on December 17.

Recruitment qualifications

Candidates who have entered the interview scope in the "Notice of the written examinations of civil servants in public subjects in 2019 at all levels in Beijing" are required to hold the registration form, "Notice of the written examination results of civil servants in public institutions in Beijing in 2019", identity The original certificate, the original copy of the account, and the relevant grades, qualifications, and qualification certificates required for the qualifications of the applicants shall be reviewed according to the pre-announced proportion of the number of candidates and the number of interviewees. The qualification review site shall be recruited. The agency telephoned the notice.

Precautions

1. If the position of the interview candidate is vacant due to the failure of the qualification review, the recruiting authority will inform the candidates in turn according to the order of the qualified scores of the qualified scores.

2. Candidates are required to keep the contact number provided during registration.

3. Candidates should log in to the recruitment agency website to check the time and place of the qualification review, and participate in the qualification review in time. Candidates can take the initiative to contact the recruitment agency.

4. If the person cannot be present on the day of the qualification review, the agent may be subject to on-site qualification review. The agent must bring his identity card.

Second, determine the first batch of interview candidates

According to the candidate's on-site qualification review situation and the proportion of pre-announced project hires and interview candidates, the first batch of interviews and professional subject exams will be determined in the order of passing the public subject written test scores and the qualifications of the qualified reviewers from high to low. List of candidates. The list is scheduled to be released on December 21st in the Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Network and the Beijing Personnel Testing Network.

Third, the position adjustment

Announce the list of transfer positions and transfer personnel

If you do not meet the number of pre-announced interviews, you will use the adjustment method to supplement the candidates. The list of transfer positions and personnel who meet the transfer conditions will be announced on December 21st in Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Network and Beijing Personnel Testing Network.

Candidates who have not entered the first batch of candidates for the interview, and whose scores in the public subjects have reached the qualified scores can participate in the adjustment.

Registration and qualification review

The registration and qualification of the transfer positions will be held from December 22 to December 23. The municipal-level recruitment agencies and the district/county civil servant authorities will issue a mediation announcement on the website of the unit before December 21, indicating the location of the registration, the registration time, and the materials for registration. Candidates who meet the transfer conditions shall hold the "Notice of the written examination results of civil servants' public subjects in 2019 at all levels in Beijing", the original ID card and the original copy of the household registration, and apply for on-site transfer according to the announcement requirements. Each candidate shall be limited to one transfer position.

After the registration is completed, the municipal-level recruitment agencies and district/county civil servants shall determine the list of candidates according to the vacancies in the public subjects according to the qualification examinations. The list of candidates will be announced at 10:00 am on December 30 in Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Network and Beijing Personnel Testing Network.

Fourth, interviews and precautions

The interview will be held from January 9th to January 15th, 2019. The interview will be organized by the municipal-level recruitment agencies and district and county civil servants. If the number of individuals who have not yet reached the required interview ratio after the individual positions have been adjusted, the candidates who meet the requirements to enter the position interview can be interviewed. The interview results are not lower than the average scores of all candidates interviewed by the examiner team on the same day. The candidates for the examination and the physical examination are determined in descending order; if they are all lower than the average score of all candidates interviewed by the examiner group on the day, the position is cancelled.
