Second, the planning content

Focusing on the development goals of “one-year adjustment, three-year breakthrough, and six-year competition”, we will determine the working ideas of “grasping the team, bringing teams, integrating resources, and improving quality”. It has reached 4 ordinary high schools in the city, 1 vocational education center, 5-6 in the middle school, 5-6 in the national small school, and 2 private kindergartens. The high school and the middle school are gathered in the county, and the national small school is rationally distributed and gathered in the township. The goal of gathering educational resources to the county, promoting the balance between urban and rural education, and improving the quality of education and teaching.

Third, the work process

High school education. 1. Establish a high school principal's competitive recruitment system. High school principals are vacant, and the Education and Sports Bureau recommends 2-3 vacant positions in strict accordance with the selection criteria and procedures. The county party committee organization department, the personnel labor and social security bureau, and the education bureau jointly organize competitive recruitment. Establish a normal recruitment and turnover mechanism for teachers and activate the high school teachers. Based on the current situation and focusing on the long-term, we will integrate the structure of the teachers in our county in 2-3 years. The teachers who are not suitable for high school teaching in Minnan High School and Weinan Second High are enriched to teach in the middle school; teachers who do not adapt to the teaching of the middle school are enriched to teach at the national level. From the in-service teachers of ordinary high schools in the field, 39 key teachers of around 35 years old were recruited and enriched to the high school teachers in our county.
