Second, the specific work implementation

1. The law is governed by law

It is a long-term and arduous task to carry out legal work in accordance with the law. In the 11th year, we will take this work as an important task to maintain stability and create a peaceful public, and further implement the “Five-Five” Plan of Dawu Town. On the basis of the implementation of the plan, we will actively publicize the national policies and laws and regulations to the people of the 20,000 reservoir areas, and create a civilized and harmonious rule of law environment. In the grassroots democratic creation activities, the democratic and legal model village was designated as Bai Ni Village, and the legal model school was designated as Datun Town Center School. From May to June, we conducted a training of basic training in the whole town, and focused on improving the overall quality of grassroots cadres in rural areas through lectures and interpretations. In September, a lecture on legal knowledge focused on the Public Security Administration Punishment Law and the Law on the Protection of Minors, which was attended by the Daxie Center School, focused on improving the awareness of juvenile law, law-abiding and usage, and curbing youth. 2. People's mediation work

People's mediation is the first line of defense to maintain the harmony and stability of grassroots society, and it is also the top priority of our work in 2019. Nuclear power projects and Hangrui Expressway have started construction in succession. Civil disputes involving land acquisition compensation, resettlement funds, and forest land ownership disputes have been emerging one after another. In order to cope with this kind of challenge, we will continue to vigorously advocate the "linkage mediation" model, that is, actively mobilize the members of the Datun Town People's Mediation Committee to participate in the mediation of major problems and mass disputes, maximize the professional and functional role of the member units, and establish And to build a united front for people's mediation. We will continue to establish and improve a network of village-level polling organizations. From April to May, we plan to conduct a systematic training for the town's people's mediators, and strive to train a large number of people's mediators who will do public work. In 2019, we will conscientiously implement the “one three-center” model proposed by the county bureau, and actively communicate with relevant departments and departments to ensure that “flow is smooth and timely”, and resolve conflicts and disputes in the bud and ensure small things. 3. Resettlement assistance and community correction work

There are 14 prisoners in the past three years, and 4 people in the community corrections have registered and filed. The management education of this special group is related to the stability of the whole town. I decided to continue the previous work experience and rely closely on the Daxie Party Committee Government to strengthen the education management of the prisoners and provide assistance to those who have difficulties. Supporting the desire to start a business, so that they can fully enjoy the warmth of the party, the state, and the society, thus achieving the goal of staying away from re-offending.

4. Legal aid work

The grassroots legal aid work is a work for the people to do practical things. To a large extent, it can play an important role in alleviating contradictions and disputes and avoiding the occurrence of civil transfer cases. In 2019, our institute will strictly follow the content determined in the "Responsibility for Work Objectives", conscientiously do a good job in legal aid in Datun Town, firmly establish the overall situation awareness, enhance service concepts, strengthen service functions, and fulfill social responsibilities to maintain social equity. Justice is our responsibility. In the course of service, strict compliance with legal aid is not charged, legal advice is not charged, and the "three noes" principle of no legal fees is provided to provide quality and efficient legal services for the general public and especially the people in need.

5. Construction of the judicial office

Strengthen political business learning. At the same time as completing the administrative work, the police of the judicial office must actively carry out political business learning and strive to improve the theory and business level. The personal business study notes and experience of the whole year shall not be less than the standards set by the county bureau.

Serious rules and regulations. In the absence of other work tasks, the staff should insist on going to work every Monday to Friday to ensure that someone is on duty during the working hours. Adhere to cleaning the hygiene for two days to ensure that the appearance is neat and tidy.

Strengthen infrastructure construction. Strive for the support of the county bureau, build a bathroom in the first half of the year, and solve the curtains on the second floor to create a good working environment.
