Work in 2019 will continue to work around the food center, thoroughly implement the scientific development concept, effectively play the management function of the grain sector, ensure the storage of food quality, maintain the grain circulation order, revitalize the assets of state-owned grain enterprises, accelerate the process of food industrialization, and improve response. The ability to issue incidents will promote the sound and rapid development of food work in our district.

Work measures

1. Grain purchase and sales. Complete the grain acquisition task. We will conscientiously implement the national grain purchase and sale policy, strictly implement the minimum grain purchase price policy, and give full play to the main channels of state-owned grain enterprises.

2. Grain reserves. Strictly implement the "Measures for the Administration of Local Reserve Grains in xxx Province", improve the grain reserve mechanism, strengthen inventory management, conduct regular and irregular inspections of enterprises that store grain, ensure the safety of reserves, and ensure the static reserve of xxx tons of grain at the district level. The grain rotation work promotes the scientific, institutionalized and standardized management of grain reserves in our district.

3. Grain orders. Vigorously implement the grain order task, increase the service for farmers, and ensure the completion of grain production tasks. Cooperate with the relevant agriculture-related units, conscientiously implement the policy of direct subsidies for grain production and subsidies for grain crops, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of farmers for grain production. We will increase the construction of high-quality rice bases, expand the planting area of ​​high-quality rice, and increase the number of quality order contracts with farmers, so that grain farmers can really benefit.

4. Food industrialization. We will build scale and special grain enterprises, promote grain industrialization, and increase farmers' income and enterprise efficiency. The leading enterprises in the xx area will be made into the characteristic industries of the whole city and even the whole province, forming the pillar industry and brand industry of our district, thus driving farmers to increase their income and increase the efficiency of enterprises.

5. Law enforcement supervision. We will promote the management of grain according to law and administration according to law, continuously improve the ability and level of law enforcement, increase law enforcement, and maintain the order of grain circulation. Ensure food quality and safety, ensure food prices are stable, and ensure food product safety.

6. Scientific grain storage. Continue to carry out scientific grain storage into the activities of farmers, vigorously promote the small grain granaries of farmers, help farmers solve food storage problems, reduce the loss of grain storage, and improve the post-harvest benefits.

7. Maintenance is stable. Solve problems for the buyout workers and ensure the stability of the overall situation.
