In order to put all the work of social security comprehensive management in our bureau into practice, to ensure the stability of our county's society and create a good social environment for the economic development of our county, we have specially formulated the annual target management work plan according to the actual situation of the bureau.
I. Guiding Ideology The guiding ideology for the comprehensive management of social security in our county is: with Comrade Deng Xiaoping's theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and the spirit of the party's xx and xx sessions of the Fourth Plenary Session, and insist on "territorial management" and "who is in charge The principle of "who is responsible" and truly implements the "three mainstays" of comprehensive management of social security, and creates a good social atmosphere for the "double civilization" construction of the bureau.

Third, the work layout and implementation plan
1. The work layout highlights the key points and grasps the general.

2. Implementing programs to strengthen organizational leadership and improve organizational structure. Established the Social Security Comprehensive Governance Work Leading Group and the Social Security Comprehensive Governance Office, and clarified the overall responsibility of the party and government leaders. As the first responsible person of the comprehensive management work, the Social Security Comprehensive Governance Leading Group and the Comprehensive Governance Office are responsible for coordination. Organize the comprehensive management of social security. The sub-bureaus are required to set up a comprehensive governance working group to clarify that a major leader is responsible for the comprehensive management work, and that there will be a comprehensive management pattern in which leaders are responsible at all levels.
Clear target responsibility and sign the target management responsibility. It is required that each branch office and the county bureau sign a target management responsibility letter, which is responsible for forming a comprehensive management work, and everyone is responsible.
Implement "three mains" and carry out target management. Strictly require all branches to "manage their own people, be optimistic about their own doors, and do their own things." Target management is implemented for each branch office, and quantitative percentage assessment is conducted. The county bureau comprehensive management office will conduct inspections on each quarter of each branch office. At the end of the year, the queues will be classified according to the inspection and assessment, and the rewards and punishments will be strictly enforced.
