Autumn, a beautiful harvest season, the new semester has begun new progress in this season. Looking back on the past days, the editorial team has been advancing in success, matured in setbacks, and grew up in failure, and I have changed from a member to a minister. I know that it is hard and difficult to be a minister, but I will never back down. I will work hard and develop and innovate. Based on the work of the editorial department in the last semester, we have both opportunities and challenges in this semester. The work plan of the editorial department of this semester is as follows:

1. At the new conference held on September 15th, we took four members and focused on cultivating the staff to make them learn more about the student union and understand the work of the editorial department. Every member should be clear about their responsibilities. Responsibility, initiative, awareness, continuous strengthening of internal cohesion, and training of their work, practical and innovative capabilities.

2. The editorial department will hold a meeting in two weeks, which is tentatively scheduled for 8:00 pm on a weekday to ensure sufficient time for communication and communication. The opinions and needs of the majority of students will be reflected in the Student Union and the Youth League Committee in a timely manner.

4. 6. Cooperate with the sponsors of the society and various departments, supplement the funds, create better conditions for us to work, encourage students to write more manuscripts, submit more manuscripts, and reward outstanding small authors.

7. Listen to the arrangement of the editorial department of the school, actively cooperate with and support the various activities of the school's editorial department, and contribute to the upcoming half-monthly publication of the editorial department of the school.

The editorial department is a young department. I am now the third minister. I hope that through my continuous study and hard work, I will make the editorial department in my own hands a department that can handle most of the writing work. I believe that under my efforts, the work of the editorial department will be handled in an orderly manner. The editorial department will actively work hard to complete the work of this semester. The editorial research center is an important department of the campus messenger group. It is a dual-function department. It is not only a platform for the messenger group to communicate with the outside world, but also a competent assistant for the work within the group. Third, contact the majority of students, carry out extensive research activities, truly understand the difficulties of the students in all aspects, and timely reflect the results to the relevant responsible person, put the work into practice; let the actual problems be resolved in a timely manner.

Fourth, we suggest that professional teachers can be invited to train members of the group, because at the same time of external development, we should also pay attention to the comprehensive quality of the members of the group; improve the internal construction within the group.

Fifth, in the face of the psychological status quo of today's Chinese college students, we plan to engage in a lecture on the psychological aspects of college students through the cooperation of various departments. Invite a professional teacher to answer our questions and solve the shackles of happiness.

Sixth, the most important work of this department in this semester is to host the e-books belonging to the college student mission group, and show our team's style and strong strength on the network platform.

7. Our department intends to add a channel to understand the latest developments and needs of the students in the future, that is, to regularly submit the manuscripts to the whole school, so that they can write out the things that have been confused recently, and I will sort them out and send them to us. The messenger group's own blog, through the Internet to solve some common problems, but also can invite professional teachers to give guidance, the first time to solve the confusion of students.
