The third session of the Student Union has been in existence for one semester. We will usher in a new semester, but our work cannot be done as we did last semester. First, when there is activity in the school, everyone "carry up" to do the same thing.
It’s right for the school to have active student unions and students to actively help. But when you do it together, sometimes it will only do things. It should be clarified which departments are the main force of the event and then assisted by the rest. Such an auxiliary department can also do what the department should do when there is spare time. The Minister should clarify what should be done by the department that he leads in each activity.
Second, each activity minister is the most tired one.
The minister should be the leader in each ministry. Every activity should let them take the lead, but it is not to say that the minister has taken most of the ministry to himself. Each department has four to five officers. The student union is not only the vice-chairman and the deputy minister. The officers are also part of our student union . The students will need the help of these officers. I also believe that these officers also hope to help the students. . When there is an event minister, we should reasonably arrange the work of each officer in the ministry so that the work can be carried out in an orderly manner.
Third, some departments have not come up with the characteristics of this department.
Judging from the work summary of the previous semester, some departments did not come up with the results of their own work. The student councils should carry out the work that the department should carry out, adjust the work of each department, and bring out the characteristics of each department. For example, the Department of Learning should strengthen the exhibition of achievements in various departments and academic exchanges between departments to promote a good learning atmosphere on campus.
Fourth, there are too few amateur activities for students.
The student union did a lot of work in the first half of the semester, but the students around did not see any activities and competitions we had for them. The student union should enrich our classmates' study life and after-school life so that students can feel that we are doing practical things for them.
5. The Minister knows too little about the officers.
The minister is the core figure in each department, and the clerk is a branch around the core. If the minister is not very familiar with every officer in his department, it is difficult to play a good guiding role at work. As the saying goes, knowing oneself and knowing oneself can only be a battle.
