Student Union Outreach Department 2019 Work Plan
The hard work of the past year has come to an end, and the strength of the Outreach Department has gradually increased after its new arrival. After summing up the work experience of the past period of time, I made a new plan for the work of the next semester, as follows:
1. Establish and maintain links between the department and the department, conduct surveys among the students, and link the students' personal ideas to the organization in time to coordinate with each other so that each task and activity can be done more efficiently.
2. Establish and develop links with foreign schools, do a good job with other higher vocational colleges, do a good job of off-campus networking, and organize corresponding activities between the relevant institutions to help each other, mutual Learn. Enrich our knowledge with each other.
3. Carry out some activities and sponsor the school activities. To contribute to the department for the college.
4. Cultivate the key members of the Outreach Department to prepare follow-up forces for the student union . Our student cadres should communicate with the members of the department and learn more about the students' voices so that they can fully exercise themselves and improve their own quality. The talent of oneself is very good for everyone to set up this platform so that members of the external department can learn more under the leadership of the minister. It also cultivates a group of better and better talents for the mechanical and electrical department.
5, to achieve the task of assigning responsibility system, responsibility and system, improve the system. Assign tasks to individuals, further improve the system of our external department, lay the foundation for future development, and conscientiously and timely complete the tasks assigned by the teachers and chairmen of the department department.
6. Do a good job in all procurement work, do a good job in purchasing materials for various activities of the department, and ensure the smooth progress of the activities.
7. Do a good job in the invitation and reception of the guests, pay attention to etiquette, do a good job in service, ensure the successful completion of the event, maintain and carry forward the fine tradition of the student union , and establish a good image of the department.
The above is the next semester work plan of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. During the implementation process, there may be some changes and adjustments due to various factors. The work of the External Relations Department should be long-term and sustainable. I believe that this session of the Student Union will give support and assistance to all departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the various departments of the Bureau, and work together to make the work of the Department of External Relations and make the greatest contribution to the Department.
