First, the regular work of the regiment

1. Grasp the training of the active members of the group and the examination and approval of the new members, and develop new members in batches. Create a learning group organization, use the strength of the student union learning department, and open a “group class” in a planned way. Before developing a new team member, take a closed-book examination to understand the relevant group knowledge possessed by the group’s activists. This is one of the indicators of the investigation. 2. Adhere to the regular cadre cadre meeting to form a working mechanism of “sending the situation and reporting the situation”. For example, the work schedule and goals of the school in the recent period will be communicated to the students through the group cadres in the form of class branch meetings; at the same time, the students can have a proper and good feedback on the opinions and suggestions of the school work. . 4.
