In order to prevent this situation from affecting the normal work of the Students' Union , we should proceed from the following aspects:

1. Supervise the ministers of various departments to hold departmental meetings at regular intervals. In addition to the tasks assigned by the officers, the meeting should focus on the guidance of the " student's thoughts" of the officers.

2. For those officers with more serious problems, make one-on-one conversations with them. The interviewers may be ministers or bureau officers.

3. If neither of the above two works, and the attitude of the officer is intensified, the education secretary or the secretary will preside over the education. If the student fails, the qualification of the student union will be expelled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Student Union .

There are still some problems in the student council officers. These problems will inevitably exist among the ministers.
