The Garden Village where I work is located in the north of my hometown. In XX, the per capita income of the village was 4,370 yuan, and the number of migrant workers was 683. The main crops were mainly rice, corn, sweet potato and other traditional planting industries. Under the development of the township government, honeysuckle and konjac basically formed demonstration films, pigs and beef cattle. Goats and bees are the main breeding projects for farmers to realize their income.

Under the guidance and leadership of the village committee director Yang Xiufu and other village group cadres, I went to the village to understand the people's feelings, understand the economic and livelihood of the village, improve the "people's log", and report information and news reports close to the lives of ordinary people. He wrote a research report on economic and social development, and further familiarized himself with the work of the village committee, learned more rural working methods, and improved his ability to serve the public.

2. Assist the village director in carrying out daily work

In my daily work, I assist in processing some written materials, writing related work plans and summarizing reports, using computer knowledge I know to help with some electronic materials, copying, printing, and entering data. Complete the tasks assigned in the work of the new rural cooperative medical system, rural endowment insurance, income increase of ten thousand yuan, land confirmation, and low-income distribution. Make meeting minutes at the village group meeting, assist in the completion of remote audio-visual work, and earnestly complete the village committee duty. jobs.

In the "623" flood disaster, my village was the most seriously affected. I reported the disaster situation in time, assisted the villagers in disaster relief and self-rescue, and actively assisted the villagers' committees in doing disaster assessment and statistics work after the disaster to guide the people to carry out production self-help.

Second, strengthen learning, improve the theoretical level, improve business skills, and cultivate their own quality.

1. Strengthen political theory learning, use theory to lead ideas, and guide practice.

In the past six months, I have been earnestly studying the political theory knowledge of the People's Daily, Chongqing Daily, Contemporary Party Members, and the Central News and other newspapers and periodicals, and earnestly practiced the activities of creating excellence. Seriously study the various policies of the Party Central Committee, especially the policies and guidelines for benefiting the people, and understand the various policy methods of the Party Central Committee that are concerned with solving the "three rural issues." Through learning, I have strengthened my sense of responsibility and mission, strengthened my ideals and beliefs, cleared my work ideas, and encouraged the officers. At the same time, I have studied the theoretical knowledge of the Communist Party of China in a more in-depth manner, and strived to get the affirmation of the party organization and join the party as soon as possible.

2. Strengthen business knowledge learning and better serve the people.

In the first half of the year, our village launched a new type of rural cooperative medical insurance, rural residents' pension insurance, farmer household income increase project, land contract management right confirmation and other work, I seriously studied and mastered these businesses and policies, and assisted the village to complete various task. By studying agricultural technology publications such as the "Agricultural Practical Technology Series", I often exchange agricultural expertise with the public and learn from each other. At the same time, I also actively communicated with the leaders at the higher levels to learn how to handle rural disputes and handle specific affairs, and used the learning kits for work practice, innovating work thinking and methods, and greatly improving work efficiency.

Third, life is close to the people and integrated into the rural environment.

All the time, the village director and the village team members are very concerned about my life. Every aspect is very considerate and thoughtful. Many cadres and villagers also take the initiative to send my own potatoes, bacon and fruits and vegetables. I am very grateful. The branch secretary often talks with me, understands my life, and always gives me care and help, which gives me great encouragement.

In this work, I learned a lot of things, but I also found that I have handled many of the deficiencies in the work of the people. In the future work, I will study harder, improve and improve myself as soon as possible, and serve the people better.
