5. Vigorously promote the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage. 6. Collect books on national culture. According to the spirit of the county leaders' instructions and the needs of the work, our hospital actively contacted and negotiated with the surrounding ethnic commissars and relevant ethnic colleges and universities, and collected a wide range of books on national culture. More than 50 books have been collected, and the next step will be to receive free reading. Increase the collection intensity in the form of purchases and collect more books on national culture.

7. National cultural propaganda has achieved remarkable results. 1. Institutional construction is lagging behind. Since the establishment of the institute in the past year, the personnel, funding, preparation, specifications and other issues have been straightened out, but there are still insufficient deficiencies such as job setting, staff appointment, and professional title structure, which restricts the effective development of the work. First, the establishment of the Institute has not been approved by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; the second is that the Institute has three departments, but the staff of the three departments is not clearly defined; the third is that the Institute is a cultural research institution, and it is recommended for the intermediate level. 2. Insufficient funding. The lack of funds is a major bottleneck for national cultural work. To solve this bottleneck, it is recommended that the county party committee and county government include the national cultural protection funds into the budget. Only in this way can the national cultural work be implemented and effective.

3. Professional talent is in short supply. Due to the operational and professional nature of the excavation, protection and research work of national culture, the current staff structure of the Institute is relatively lacking in professional talents. It is recommended to introduce a professional talent.

4. Lack of necessary transportation. Due to the special nature of the work of the institute, the field investigation is an indispensable part of the national cultural work, and the most important part. Without field investigation, sitting in the office can only be closed behind the door, and everything is empty talk. Therefore, the Institute urgently needs an off-road vehicle. Through the Dongfeng, implemented by the Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection Law, it has gone to various towns and towns to carry out rescue excavation and protection of the national culture of the county, and to defend the spiritual homeland where the children of the soil are about to disappear.
