According to the spirit of the party committee and government in the district, combined with the actual work of our station, in the first half of the year, we mainly focused on the task of “creating a national health city”, improving ideological understanding and earnestly studying the economic work conferences of the central and autonomous regions. The spirit of the Ninth Plenary Session of the 10th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China was held as a center.
1. In view of the actual work of sanitation, organize the study of laws and regulations, and enhance the work of safety production. No safety production accident occurred in the first half of the year. 2. Seriously carry out job satisfaction survey activities. According to the instructions of the municipal party committee and the district committee, we will cooperate with the public opinion survey on the job satisfaction of the relevant functional departments in Jiangnan District for 20 years. 3. The post competition system has begun to implement the one-year employment system. This work, I stand in the forefront of the job management of the institutions in the Jiangnan District. In April 20th, I have completed this year's job competition. There are 83 cadres and workers in this competition, 20 cadres and 12 cadres to work in the front line. Through job competition, the employees have clearly defined the responsibilities, rights and interests of each position, and broke the "iron rice bowl" system of the public institutions, so that they can set up posts, hire according to posts, and contract management, and realize the management from identity management to post management. The shift from employing people to contracting people is focused on the first-line positions. It not only improves the enthusiasm of the staff of the whole station, but also improves the work efficiency and economic benefits, and promotes the orderly and comprehensive development of sanitation work. Through the reform of the personnel system, a process has been established that is in line with the characteristics of environmental sanitation development and further promotes the market-oriented operation of sanitation public welfare undertakings.
Strengthen the internal management of all departments of the station to improve the efficiency of daily work
1. Improve the system and standardize management. In conjunction with the post competition program, at the beginning of the year, we improved the job responsibilities of each job and made the various systems more scientific. Each department regularly holds regular meetings of the team members every week, carefully analyzes the deficiencies in the work against the monthly assessment standards, and finds problems in time for rectification. According to the long-term management plan for the “National Health City” created by Jiangnan Environmental Sanitation Station, all departments will implement their work responsibilities and improve the quality of the city's appearance and environment.
2. Pay close attention to the creation of the “National Health City”. The establishment of “National Health City” has tight working hours and heavy tasks. All departments in the station have taken urgent action to further strengthen leadership, clarify responsibilities, implement various objectives and tasks, and effectively lead the creation of “National Health City” activities. Combined with the actual work situation of the station, the road cleaning and cleaning in the area is divided into 12 sections, and the leading fragments are responsible. The leaders of each section are required to supervise and inspect their respective road sections, and establish a working regular meeting system.
