A comprehensive, timely and accurate response. This year, our finance department has reduced personnel and has increased the financial accounting of domestic Kanghui units since August. The workload has increased a lot compared with previous years. Let us take the accounting vouchers we usually do. Last year, I did an average of 450 cards a month. Starting in August this year, I averaged 850 documents per month. The workload has nearly doubled from last year. In the busy day, I have to take time to help the department check, what other groups have not been settled, the loan has not been repaid, the accounts receivable have not been recovered, reminding them to clear the account in time. In case of an error in the busy. Due to professional relationships, our financial staff often can't get a shoulder and back pain, but we still endure the pain and insist on working hard in our own jobs.
Supervision is another basic function of financial work. The first is to supervise the legitimacy and rationality of each economic business in each department to ensure that enterprises are not subject to unnecessary economic losses. For example, if I am in the process of reviewing the payment and reconciliation of the remittance unit, if I am slightly careless, it may cause irreparable damage to our unit. In the actual work, in the principle of objective, rigorous and meticulous, in the handling of accounting affairs, we must seek truth from facts, carefully review, strengthen supervision, strictly enforce financial discipline, and conduct financial accounting work in accordance with the requirements of the financial accounting system and the standardization of accounting basic work. . When reviewing the original vouchers, the original vouchers that are untrue, non-compliant, and illegal are dare to point out and are not reimbursed; the original vouchers with inaccurate and incomplete records are returned, and the handling personnel are required to correct and supplement. Through careful auditing and supervision, it has ensured that the accounting documents are complete, standardized and legal, ensuring the truthfulness, legality, accuracy and completeness of our social accounting information, and effectively playing the role of financial accounting and supervision.
