At the same time, we will continue to improve our basic skills in financial management, and actively provide financial information for leadership decisions, so that we can do a good job in accounting, management, and wealth management.

Second, strict financial discipline, fully protect the normal operation of public security organs. The financial brokerage law is a high-voltage line, first requiring financial management personnel to strictly abide by. In the past year, I have always insisted on putting the financial and economic discipline in the first place, grasping the principle, not arbitrarily not spending it, not resolutely not reporting it, and patiently reviewing every reimbursement. Any violation of the regulations, Will not be reimbursed. The reimbursement has always been the same: the leadership reimbursement is the same as the general civil alarm. The agency and the grassroots are the same. The reimbursement of the unit is the same as that of the external unit. If it meets the requirements, it will be reimbursed in time and will never be suppressed. At the same time, adhere to the principle of grassroots and first-line limited, allocate funds to the grassroots level in a timely manner, and establish their own accounts for the grassroots units. The county bureau never misappropriates a penny at the grassroots level, and reports to the grassroots, no matter what time. , all in time. We will continue to inspect the funds and expenditures of all grassroots units every six months, audit them every year, and promptly correct problems in financial and economic work. The police who left the original job strictly implemented the financial auditing system and effectively safeguarded the discipline of financial work.

Third, report all kinds of financial statements on time. Insist on reporting the overall financial statements to the government departments on time, and do not miss the mistakes. With the acceleration of the implementation of the 20-year pace this year, the investigation tasks of various funding guarantees are quite arduous, and the investigation tasks for the funding guarantees issued by the higher-level public security organs are carried out. I have been taking it seriously, going deep into the grassroots to conduct research, and providing a basis for the higher level public security organs.

Fourth, actively provide financial information for the leadership. Adhere to the monthly analysis of the overall funding situation, and put forward some opinions and suggestions for how to arrange funds for the leadership decision-making reference.
