The financial expenditure of the township has reached 1.5714 million yuan, accounting for 132% of the adjusted budget. The income and expenditure of the township budget is: the income of the year is 90.25 million yuan, the income of the superior subsidy is 335,800 yuan, the transfer of rural tax and fee reform is 275,500 yuan, the general transfer payment is 413,500 yuan, and the actual expenditure of the year is 1.5714 million yuan. The fiscal expenditure was 175,900 yuan, and the balance of the year was 1.82 million yuan, with a cumulative balance of 108,200 yuan.

1. Further strengthen the management of financial work objectives

After the implementation of the rural tax and fee reform, the burden of farmers in our township has been reduced by 59.21%, which has won the heartfelt support and support of the general public. In the process of implementing the rural tax and fee reform, we have better grasped the handling of alleviating the burden on farmers and ensuring the contradiction between the operation of the institutions. 5. Actively strive for higher-level transfer payment policy
While carrying out the pilot work of rural tax and fee reform, we actively reported to the higher level, reflecting the loss situation of the rural areas after the reform of rural taxes and fees, and received strong support from the higher authorities. We received good results and obtained 69.10 million financial transfers from higher levels. 6. Strengthened financial supervision

8. Strengthening the management of extra-budgetary funds and serious financial and economic policies

First, income growth is slow and it is difficult to complete the task. The local general budget revenue was not fully completed. The main reason was that the agricultural tax was not 100% warehousing, and the historical legacy was digested and there was no big growth point. Second, the capital dispatch is still tense. Due to the slow progress of local tax warehousing, the income and expenditure are not synchronized, and the tax reduction is reduced, resulting in the inability to cash all the expenses. Third, the burden is heavy and the debt is too much. My township government fund borrowed up to 2 million yuan, due to the heavy debt burden, to a certain extent affected the normal operation of the institution. Fourth, financial management needs to be strengthened. Mainly reflected in the extra-budgetary funds, some units have not included or less extrabudgetary funds into the management of financial accounts, and some funds have not been able to effectively concentrate funds except for financial supervision. These issues need to be taken seriously in our future work.
