First, strengthen leadership and ensure the high quality of joint construction activities.

Whether the tasks of community co-construction can be truly implemented and whether the various co-construction activities can be carried out normally depends on whether the leaders attach importance to them. The main leaders of the Municipal Bureau attached great importance to the development of community-building activities. At the overall work meeting at the beginning of the year, Zhou Yimin, secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Bureau, arranged arrangements for the implementation of community-building activities. The top leader has taken the responsibility of the first responsible person and personally arrested, checked, and implemented. At the same time, a cadre is appointed as a liaison to strengthen communication with the co-construction unit, coordinate the joint construction of the two parties, jointly formulate co-construction plans, clarify the staged tasks, and ensure the orderly development of community-building activities.

Every year, the community holds a civilized co-construction meeting with members of the co-construction unit, street contact leaders, and joint-point cadres. At the meeting, they will contribute to solving and discussing the hotspots, difficulties, and focus issues in the construction of community civilization, and actively explore the community.
