Summary of Year-end Work of Accounting Personnel


The busy 2019 has passed. During the year, under the leadership of the leaders of the Center and the Finance Department, with the help of my colleagues, I have successfully completed my unremitting efforts and a serious and responsible attitude towards work. All the work, as well as their own quality has also been improved accordingly. In order to take the next step in my work in 2019, I will seriously summarize the study and work in 2019.

First, learning

1. As a party activist, I always put political learning first. I always adhere to Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the "Three Represents" as the guide, and profoundly study and understand the party's 17th, 3rd, and 4th Plenary Sessions. The connotation of the spirit and scientific development concept, actively participate in the various learning and activities organized by the unit, and strictly adhere to the standards of party members in terms of ideology and politics.

2. In terms of business learning, in addition to strengthening the management of financial management policies and regulations, from July 2 to July 4, we participated in the continuing education and training of the Changjiang Committee. Mainly trained in the "Regulations on Enterprise Management", "Analysis of Case Studies" and "Basic Standards for Internal Control of Enterprises", and participated in the training of "Accounting Accounts Poker". Through these three days of systematic study, I have relevant regulations on business management. Further understanding; more in-depth study on how to strengthen internal control of enterprises, thereby saving costs and enhancing efficiency; the difference between internal audit and external audit is more clear. Later, he actively participated in the Changjiang Committee's accounting contest, although he did not get a place, but his level of training was exercised during his usual training. Through these studies, I not only expanded my knowledge and updated my professional knowledge, but also helped me in my future financial management.

Second, work aspects

In 2019, I was mainly responsible for salary management, accounting document review and project management data entry, and assisted the finance section to complete some special work.

(1) Salary management

1. According to the notice of salary changes issued by the central office, adjust the salary of employees and retirees in a timely manner, and issue them to each employee's account in an accurate and timely manner.

2. At the beginning of the year, in accordance with the spirit of the Notice on the Relevant Issues Concerning the Filing of the Base of the Housing Provident Fund for 2019, the base of the housing provident fund for each employee was adjusted in a timely manner. Pay the employee housing provident fund on time every month, accurately accrue the salary and welfare fees of each department, and fill in relevant certificates.

(2) Accounting certificate review

The billing vouchers filled in at the front desk are reviewed every day, and the problem is promptly notified to the bill of accounting correction. When I have different opinions on the accounting treatment of a certain business, everyone will focus on finding appropriate and unified treatment methods. Through such research and research, I have learned a lot of professional knowledge and made theoretical knowledge It has been well used in practical work. By reviewing the accounting documents, I have been greatly assisted in budget management and financial final accounts.

(3) Project management work

This year is the first year of the project's comprehensive implementation of project management. In this work, I am mainly responsible for data entry, that is, the expenses incurred by each department are entered into the project management system according to the project and expenditure categories to which they belong. This is a tedious and meticulous job. Not only does it have to record data every day, but some departments have a single business divided into several projects and categories. Special attention should be paid when entering. If the entry is wrong, the output of the department may be completed. The impact, even affects the performance awards of the staff of the department, so I carefully register every business every day, and contact the accountant in time for the project in question, so that every data is faithfully reflected in the corresponding project. Reconciliation with all departments at the end of each month to ensure the smooth release of performance awards for each department in each month. Through the operation of the project management system and supporting system in the past year, I feel that it has achieved certain results in terms of financial disclosure and cost control, and further standardized financial management behavior.

(4) Other special work

1. Completion of the completion and reporting of the 2019 “Financial Treasury Centralized Payment Reform Scope of Recommendations” and the “Financial Treasury Centralized Payment of Monthly Use Plan” on time.

2. The 2019 Yangtze River Committee carried out a series of special inspections, such as “special inspection of the use of conference fees”, “special governance of 'small treasury'”, and “special inspection of the management of the use of overseas fees”. I am mainly responsible for the collection, collation, summary report and reporting of the “conference fees” and “small treasury”.

In the self-examination phase of these two tasks, I carefully collected the information and carried out self-examination according to the requirements of the archives, and wrote a self-examination and self-correcting summary report. In the key inspection stage, the intermediary agencies were actively cooperated, and the inspection was successfully completed.

3. Cooperate with the preparation and reporting of the “second” budget for the 2019 budget. This is my first time to participate in budget preparation. Through participation, I have become more aware of the importance of budget management, and have a better understanding of the budget reporting procedures, budget management software, and project implementation requirements. In the future, it will also be of great help in financial management.

4. Assisted the Yangtze River Commission to complete the registration, statistics, registration and verification of the Changjiang Committee's continuing education training in 2019.

Third, the shortcomings and future plans

Looking back at the work of the past year, although I have achieved certain results in all aspects, I feel that my initiative in learning is not enough. In 2019, I will actively strengthen my learning in accordance with the overall goals of the Center to continuously improve my own quality to adapt to the new forms, challenges and new problems of continuous development and change.

In politics and ideology, I will study the spirit and scientific development concept of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, further emancipate the mind, firmly establish a sense of development, and always learn from the party members around me. At the same time, we must study business and improve professionalism. Skills, strive to better complete the work of 2019.
