In the blink of an eye, 2019 has passed. Looking back on the work experience of this year, there are challenges and opportunities, there are substantial and exhausted, and there are many feelings. Over the past year, with the help and support of leaders and colleagues, I have been eager to ask for advice and practice hard. Through my own efforts, I have been further improved in my professionalism, ideological realm, business quality and work ability. And achieved a certain amount of work. First, personal quality training

I know that as a financial staff, we must have the spirit of dedication and dedication, and we must have a strong business ability and rigorous and patient work style. In order to live up to the expectations of leaders and the trust of colleagues, and to perform their duties better, we must continue to advance. I always put learning in an important position, overcoming the difficulties of daily work and insisting on learning. Whether in political thought or business level, I have made great progress through unremitting efforts.

As a young person in the Finance Department, I am actively engaged in various public welfare activities carried out by the Bureau on the premise of doing my job well with full work enthusiasm. Especially on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, I actively participated in various celebrations organized by the Yangtze River Committee and the unit: such as the patriotic songs and ceremonies, and the celebration of cultural performances. During that time, although the body was very tired, the spirit was very rich, and the mood was even more joyful. As a young man who actively asked for progress, he was honoured to be able to celebrate the 60th birthday of the motherland with practical actions. In order to move closer to the party organization, in addition to strictly demanding myself in the work, I also submitted the ideological report to the party organization in time and took the initiative to accept the test of the party organization.

Second, personal work

After a year of in-depth study and painstaking research, I gradually became more familiar with the specific requirements of the source of funds and the specific requirements of the budget management system of the institution. As a financial officer, I always keep in mind the duties of accounting positions, earnestly perform the financial discipline, and work diligently and conscientiously in a serious and responsible manner. When I encounter problems in my work, I have not let it go, but with a heart of learning. Actively consult and discuss, solve problems in a timely manner, and carefully summarize, and slowly accumulate experience. The specific work is as follows:

1. Strictly implement the cash management and settlement system, check the cash and bank accounts regularly, check in time, and deal with them in a timely manner to ensure that the bank and cash accounts match the bank statement.

2. Check the income of the unit on time, open the receipt, and deposit the cash back into the bank in time to stop the cash. For the management of Wuhan City service industry invoices, central unit capital receipts, Wuhan City local tax unified receipts, three receipts, to achieve a reasonable division of use, strictly in accordance with the system requirements, after the use of the process, actively pay and receive new Receipts to meet the needs of the center's daily work.

3. Actively communicate with banks and other departments to ensure the timely payment of the salaries of the retired employees of the Center; the reimbursement of medical expenses for retired employees and the reimbursement of medical expenses for employees of the Department.

4. Adhere to the rigor of financial procedures. At the same time as doing the cashier's work, the bank's accounts are carefully checked to complete the daily reporting of the financial statements of the Ministry of Water Resources, the implementation of the state treasury funds, and the implementation of the budgetary fund plan. The data is accurate and timely reported.

5. Complete the filing, submission and annual inspection of the annual inspection of the entire central account in accordance with the requirements of the Provincial Department of Finance and the Financial and Economic Affairs Bureau.

6. With the enthusiasm for learning new knowledge, I took on the tax work of the center in May last year. With the care and help of leaders, tax teachers, and tax accountants, the unit income will be confirmed on time, and the tax will be properly accrued and paid. Gradually completed the monthly taxation of business tax, the declaration of national tax quarterly report, the taxpayer information declaration, the full personal income tax return and related accounting treatment. Through practice, there is a clearer understanding of the financial status of the unit.

Despite the complexity of the work and the new content, I am still not intimidated by the difficulties, making full use of every opportunity to learn new business. When the report of the ten-day report conflicts with the tax declaration time, I reasonably plan careful arrangements, work overtime and check the bank accounts in advance, and the quality and quantity are completed on time. When I come into contact with the new operating system, I humbly ask for hard work, even if I sacrifice. It’s also a pity for your own rest time, even if you are tired and tired again. Because I understand that this is the unit leader and colleagues' trust in themselves and their affirmation of the results. It is under the guidance of this kind of thinking that I have better completed the work of the superiors and received praise from everyone.

7. Consciously assist the accounting to organize accounting information, ensure that the accounting documents are complete, and the binding is neat and tidy. The statistical accounting statements are accurate, timely and complete, and report the budget implementation to the leaders on a regular basis. In addition to completing their duties on time, they can complete some temporary tasks.

Third, the shortcomings and aspects of efforts

Although I have achieved certain results in my work in 2019, there is still a certain gap with the requirements of the leaders, mainly reflected in: the work is not bold enough, and the professional knowledge and business level still need to be further improved.

The work in the past year has made me realize that as a financial officer, no matter what you do, even if you are a cashier, you should do your best, even if it is a boring job in the eyes of others, you should also be good at it. Fun, do it all the time, seek innovation from change. I know that only by constantly meeting new challenges can we grow up. I have set myself the goal for the next year, that is, to step up learning, to enrich myself, to work hard, and to meet new challenges with full enthusiasm.
