It is also responsible for the handling of the company's accounts receivable, checking and checking the inbound and outbound warehouses and stocks of all finished products in the factory, entering the UF financial software, supervising the inventory of the finished warehouse management personnel, and making the report and erp data consistent with the real objects. It is also responsible for the training of new recruiting sales staff at overseas sales outlets.

In the face of new job responsibilities, the burden on the shoulders is heavy, the pressure is enormous, there is pressure to have motivation, and the intense and fulfilling working atmosphere gives me more positive motivation. Since the sales accounting group has been in charge for several months, now in addition to Tianjin, the other six sales points can basically be put in place in time and can complete the accounting treatment. In the previous period, Harbin and Jinan did not make cash and accounts receivable and payable. Begin to implement more standard processing, supervise the issuance of payment receipts and fill in cash accounts as required to ensure the accuracy of cash, bank and accounts receivable and accounts payable. Harbin changed the warehouse location after the year, and the discrepancies in 2009 are being processed. The cash, receivables, and accounts payable can be implemented later. In addition, there is a big problem in Tianjin. The frequent changes of personnel have caused the bills to be completed in time, which has affected the accuracy of the warehouse account and the inability to track and handle the receipt and payment in a timely manner. solve. There are many people in Tianjin and they are unstable. The division of labor is not clear. The handling of documents is not timely and irregular. There is no good communication between colleagues.
