Summary of ICBC internship work


After 2019, I have been in the big family of ICBC for half a year. Thanks to ICBC, Luzhimen and Yongqian Sub-branch for giving me the opportunity to continue learning and exercising in the past six months. At the beginning of the new year, in order to lay a good foundation for this year's work, I will summarize the training and work in the past six months:

First of all, one month internship in Luzhimen City, I had a preliminary and vivid understanding of the bank's cash cabinet work. And under the guidance of Master Wei Guoxiang, practiced. It is this kind of effective contact that enables me to quickly become familiar with the knowledge and skills I have learned in the subsequent training and successfully complete the training tasks.

Secondly, in the course of participating in the training of new employees, as the leader of the Liuzhou Branch, with the support of the deputy leader and colleagues, I worked hard to create a learning atmosphere, actively participated in various activities, and successfully completed the training tasks. We not only won the second and third place in the gas volleyball league, but also achieved excellent results in the final exam. I and another colleague won the outstanding students, and I am honored to speak as a representative of the outstanding students at the graduation ceremony. Through training, I learned the basic knowledge of ICBC, comprehensively understood the various businesses of ICBC, and mastered some basic skills of the cabinet, which laid the foundation for future work. During the training period, I was able to get along with my colleagues.

Once again, I entered the Yongqian Sub-branch for two months. Under the help and guidance of my predecessors, I continued to learn through continuous practice, and I really grew into an independent teller. Yongqian Branch is located in the community center. Every day, the business is busy and the traffic is large. For the work of how to deal with the cabinet, I have summarized the following points: First, be careful and guard against arrogance. Dealing with money must be highly concentrated, otherwise a split will cause unnecessary losses. Even if you don't make mistakes for a long time, you can't care. Keep a normal heart and take every business seriously. Don't relax because of the simplicity of the program. Second, relax your mind and be kind to every customer. For the inconvenience of various activities of elderly customers, be patient and wait for the nervousness of the elderly with a smile. For customers who are arrogant, they must also use their smiles to smooth their irritability. I found that smiling in the service work is a magic weapon, and a smile is often explained in the top ten sentences. The customer is a mirror, you face her with a smile, and she will return you with a smile. Third, persist in learning and fully grasp all kinds of business. The question asked by the customer is very strange. As the representative of the cabinet, it is the image of ICBC. It is the window of ICBC. The customer can't get an answer from you. Naturally, it will be considered that the bank's employer is improper, and then it will leave a bad impression on ICBC. Moreover, the majority of customers at the counter are potential middle and high-end customers. If the business is skilled and comprehensive, they can promptly inform the customers of the new policies or new products of ICBC and seize every potential resource. Fourth, humbly ask for advice and diligently take notes. If you encounter problems that you don't understand, you should consult the predecessors in the school. Every time you solve a problem, you should write down the book so that you can solve it smoothly the next time you encounter it. Good memory is not as bad as a pen, and more attention is paid to it. The personal business ability will be improved in the subtle.

Finally, I am very happy to join this warm home of the ICBC Railway Branch. Every colleague I have contacted in the past six months has made me feel caring and friendly. In 2019, I will continue to adhere to the principle of "work first", conscientiously implement various rules and regulations, study hard, enhance self-worth, improve personal qualities, and never let down the care and expectations of leaders and seniors, and work conscientiously. Work hard, love and dedication, absorb the strengths of others, self-denial, and contribute their own meager strength to ICBC!
