In the period after I joined the job, I encountered a lot of problems in my work. First of all, I have no way of marketing, no channels and my own marketing model. After communicating with the manager, he told me a lot of communication skills with strange customers and how friends talk about stocks, as well as some language skills at work, a lot of their own experiences and methods, as well as some working examples of the company's old employees. It helps me a lot. After my own summary, I initially found a way to communicate with my customers. For example, how to understand customers and how to guide customers. Through everyone's help and your own efforts. Since this time, I have opened 10 accounts, 8 valid households, and added 1.26 million new assets. The results are not very prominent, but this is an endorsement of my work. I will continue to work hard to achieve better results.

I have encountered other problems when I know how to communicate with customers. For example, my professional knowledge is not enough. When the customer asks me some professional stocks or analysis, I am also confused. Although the company's R&D team has helped me a lot, I can ask the analyst to explain to the customer or find the manager. Or the old staff talks to the customer about the stock, but their professional knowledge always makes the customer doubt. So I started to learn professional knowledge from the cattle manager and some old employees. I went home every day and insisted on reading some stock knowledge books. Now I can talk to customers about some simple stock theory. In the future, I will work harder and become a good account manager under the correct leadership of the cattle manager.

Here are my plans for work next year and some plans.

1. Learn business knowledge and master business skills: keep reading every day, read news, learn about stock-related knowledge, communicate with managers and old employees, and learn some business skills and communication methods. More summaries, slowly integrate the advantages of others into their marketing model.

2. For business innovation and service innovation: insist on calling customers every day, understanding the situation of customers doing stocks, communicating with customers, letting customers believe in themselves, becoming friends with themselves, helping customers solve problems.

3. Problems encountered during work and solutions: When encountering problems in the work, report to the higher authorities in a timely manner, and then resolve them with the consent of the higher authorities. Do not solve the problem through your own methods. . Communicate with the manager and pay more attention to the questions raised by the department at the department meeting.

4. Inadequacies in the work: increase your professional knowledge, familiar with the characteristics of the company's products and marketing knowledge. Guide customers to handle our Jinlong products.

5. Prospects for the new year's work: Improve yourself from all aspects, tap more potential customers, and complete the tasks assigned by the company. Be a qualified account manager as soon as possible.

6 In my work next year, my goal is to use my own knowledge to help my clients solve problems and strive to add 8 million new assets and 50 new effective households in the next year.
