In the second half of the year, I transferred to the Planning and Operation Department in July, in charge of the inspection of rented houses and the collection of house and water and electricity charges. The Project Management Department is a newly established department with 35 leased housing contracts and 31 rental houses that must be inspected frequently. The safety of rental housing, including the unfairness of wire pull, the presence of overloaded electrical appliances, the presence or absence of private wire outlets, the failure of qualified power supply and distribution facilities, the safety of entrances and exits, the fire protection of decoration materials, and the failure of fire protection facilities. And so on.

Based on the 35 rental housing contracts, we have carefully established the account number, compiled the contract number, and strived to “when the contract is needed, we can come to the hand”, and according to the relevant data provided by the finance department, like “choose vegetables”, “捡” The data we need, the rent detailed account, the water and electricity fee detailed account.

Check the contract every day, call the tenant, according to the tenant's payment time, calculate it forward, calculate it later, and get busy with it. Some problems have been completely clarified.

Thanks to the support and support of all leaders and the joint efforts of all the staff of our department, we have recovered a total of 2,219,100 yuan and a water and electricity fee of 88,147.75 yuan.
