This year is the year of evaluation of the staff's business skills. In accordance with the unified arrangements of the provincial banks, the Bank organized small and diverse business skill competitions and special skills tests in June and November respectively. The two activities are summarized below.

I. Organization of the event

In order to do a good job in this year's employee business skills assessment, the Bank has set up a leadership team for the skills assessment of the team leader, the human resources department of the branch, the supervisory internal control department and the head of the trade union. The organization responsible for the work is specifically responsible. And implementation. At the same time, the party committee of the branch also attached great importance to this work. It clearly requires that the evaluation work must strictly implement the evaluation standards of the general and provincial banks, and strictly test the discipline. All employees under the age of 35, regardless of their current position, now live. What kind of position must participate in the unified test. In order to enable employees to achieve good results in the test, and not affect the on-line work of the IT blueprint, before the evaluation, the branch reorganized the training to a zero-based training method, with branches and departments as the unit, and organized the employees to train, and The employee's assessment results are related to the performance of the unit, and the first-level responsibility system is implemented. These provide important organizational guarantees for our staff's business skills assessment this year.

Second, the basic situation of the assessment

This year, a total of 516 employees of the Bank who participated in the test participated in the test, and the number of test visitors reached 7,17, an increase of 56 compared with the previous year. Among them, 247 first-level experts, 159 second-level experts, 216 third-level experts, qualified 134 people. The pass rate is 100% and the promotion rate is 81%. On the basis of the 216 people in the previous year, the number of first-level experts increased by 31, exceeding the 206 first-level expert indicators approved by the provincial bank. The reason for the increase in the number of first-level experts is that this year, two skills testing activities were arranged, and the employees who participated in the test increased the chance of promotion. Moreover, compared with previous years, the level of business skills of our employees has improved.

Third, the existing problems

1. The traditional basic skill level needs to be improved

In the test, it was found that the two items of manual banknotes, the majority of the employees in the survey tend to be less difficult, and the single-finger banknotes, the most traditional and basic project, almost no one registered. This aspect reflects the test psychology of our employees' refuge, and on the other hand, it will also gradually weaken the overall level and strength of our basic subjects.

2. The skills training of new employees is urgently needed to be strengthened.

In this test, employees who have been in the business for one year and have a short working life are generally low. This phenomenon, although consistent with the length of entry, also shows that the Bank's skills training for new employees is still insufficient.

In response to the above problems, in the next year's work, the Bank will encourage advanced and motivated by organizing business skill competitions, and strive to create a good atmosphere for all employees to train their skills so that the overall level of business skills of our employees can be obtained.
