Summary of corporate finance work in 2019

At the end of May this year, the first day of our third exhibition hall, I officially joined the big family of Andu. In the blink of an eye, it was already at the end of the year. This year's finance department has a brand new start, the staff structure has been greatly adjusted, basically new people, new posts, the task of leading the team fell on my shoulders. We all feel that the burden is heavy and the pressure is great, but we have not cringed. With the correct guidance of the leaders and the strong support of all departments, we have gradually matured with responsibility and professionalism. For further development and improvement, I will make a brief summary of the work for more than half a year:

First of all, under the principle of objectivity, rigor and meticulousness, as of the end of December 2019, more than 19,000 documents were reviewed, more than 2,800 certificates were produced, and more than 100 copies of various reports were prepared, with an accuracy rate of over 99%.

Secondly, with the support of the company, the Finance Department has established and maintained good relations with the outside world, handled the income and expenditure of various units in a friendly and proper manner, and established an excellent bank-enterprise relationship with the bank, and established a relationship with the tax authorities. Good tax-enterprise relationship, and successfully completed the reporting of relevant information of various departments such as statistics, industry and commerce, and laid a good foundation for the company to better complete the financial work in the next step.

In particular, several important tasks have been completed this year:

First, the online bank with the basic account opened, because our basic account is in Pinggu, the distance is relatively long, after the opening of online banking, it greatly facilitates the collection and payment of various businesses and the inquiry and management of accounts, which is quite efficient. Reduced costs

Second, Andu CNC officially became a general taxpayer, and the maximum limit for special VAT invoices increased from 10,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan, laying a good foundation for the future development of CNC company.

Third, with the strong support of Manager Wang, the Ministry of Finance has assisted all the formal employees in the social security procedures, so that everyone has benefited, and the future life has been guaranteed, no worries in work.

In the new year, there are still many areas for improvement in the work of the Finance Department. The financial system should be gradually improved and the implementation should be stronger.

In the next step, we must humbly learn from our peers and colleagues about work and management experience, learn from good working methods, and at the same time work hard to learn business theory knowledge, expand the scope of hunting knowledge, and constantly improve our business quality and management level. Make a new improvement in the overall quality of finance , in order to adapt to the company's development and needs, can solve problems for the leaders, so that the leaders can worry, the company is assured.

In short, in this year's work, there are achievements and joys, as well as shortcomings, but we will continue to work hard and improve in the future work. I am convinced that the company's finance department is a united and efficient group. Every member can stand alone.
