2. Strengthen risk awareness and prevent and resolve financial risks. At the same time, we will find gaps, find problems, grasp implementation, and implement and urge employees to implement strict implementation. We will start from the prevention of operational risks and gradually implement the system, and gradually make the management work move toward standardization. First, focus on guiding employees' risk awareness and preventing and controlling operational risks. For example, in the third quarter, under the guidance of the leaders, we will focus on increasing the monitoring of authorized personnel and tellers. We will hold special risk meetings for the Guangdian Sub-branch and the Jiangnan Sub-branch, issue risk warnings, and strengthen the awareness of the risk prevention of tellers. Second, we must focus on cultivating employees' risk awareness. . 3. Strengthen marketing awareness and actively serve customers. 2019 is a year of transformation. I have established the concept of “nothing to do business”, insist on equal emphasis on development and maintenance, pay attention to the needs of customers, pay attention to every word of customers, deeply explore customer value, and successfully complete the savings deposits issued by the head office. task
4. Strengthen team awareness and improve the comprehensive ability of the line staff. First, pay attention to the enthusiasm of employees and the improvement of their work ability. Continued to carry out the "business office staff rotation experience" activities, this move received strong support from the leaders of the line, fully affirmed the powerful measures for the Bank to strengthen the special governance of cases and improve the internal control mechanism. The second is to pay attention to communication feedback to control behavioral bias. Timely communication with the branch will lead to errors, workload, bank-to-business reconciliation, business authorization, etc., and will be targeted for accounting counseling.
5. Insufficient work and future plans. First, learning is not enough. The times are changing, the environment is changing, and the work of banks is changing from time to time. Every time new things appear and new situations occur. Faced with such severe challenges, there is still a lack of urgency and consciousness of learning.
