Starting from May of this year, since I have never been exposed to the catering account in my accounting work, and the partners are new to the business, it is very difficult to provide relevant data. During the day, relevant personnel collect and organize materials. Handle your daily work, learn about books that are convenient for business at night, or find relevant and convenient materials online. In this way, the canteen's fixed assets, low-value consumables purchase vouchers, contracts and all original notes are collected. According to the accounting system, review the original bills, fill in the accounting vouchers, register the account book, the binding vouchers, the canteen cost accounting, the employee's salary accounting, the filling of the asset responsibility form, etc., and give up in more than two months. Holiday breaks work overtime, and the accounts for four months from May to August are all completed by the end of August. Up to now, more than 5,000 original documents have been reviewed, more than 530 bookkeeping vouchers and 25 bookbinding documents have been filled. Established a general ledger, various types of detailed ledgers, such as: fixed assets, income, costs, receivables, payables, etc. more than 10 books. The canteen's account has entered the formalization of accounting, and the accounts are sound, the accounts are clear, the accounts are consistent, and the real decision-making information is provided for the leadership decision. The staff salary is 13,090 yuan, the accumulated depreciation is 6,919.67 yuan, and the balance is 2,723 yuan.

3. The operation of the administrative warehouse, from April to November this year, the purchase of daily necessities of 41,343.50 yuan, has received 34,464.75 yuan, inventory 6,878.75 yuan; office supplies purchased 17,411.30 yuan, has used 11,861.05 yuan, balance 5,550.25 yuan, detergent supplies 93,407.70 Yuan, has used 71,915.45 yuan, a balance of 21,4920.25 yuan, purchased 23,956 yuan of water tea, has used 19,639 yuan, a balance of 4,317 yuan. 4.
