Reflection: In the lesson preparation, we have not been able to fully understand and grasp the teaching materials. The presupposition of student activities is not comprehensive enough. 2. Carefully formulate the teaching plan: Based on the analysis of the students of all grades and the understanding of the teaching materials, the corresponding teaching plan is formulated based on the "Music Curriculum Standards". Of course, the teaching plan should be based on the child's physical and mental development, combined with the child's actual situation, the teaching plan should be more detailed.

3, serious class: pay attention to the development of students' learning habits, such as listening to music standing up and saying hello, listening to the corresponding music to keep quiet. In accordance with the preparation of the lesson preparation, the teaching activities will be completed and the teaching objectives will be completed. At the end of the semester, most students can achieve excellence.

Reflection: In the classroom teaching, although there are pre-established teaching objectives and detailed procedures, the students' answers cannot be completely in accordance with the teacher's wishes. This puts new demands on the teachers , and it is necessary to promptly and flexibly apply to the students. Answering and making effective evaluations is a place that I should improve in future teaching. In addition, in formulating teaching objectives and teaching difficulties, it is necessary to combine the actual situation of students, not too difficult or too simple, in addition to active classroom atmosphere, Let students really participate in the music activities, let students generate and maintain a strong interest in music... 5. Reflection after class: During the semester, due to the cross-campus class, the efficiency of listening and evaluating is not high, the number of lectures is small, and the reflection is not profound and specific. In improving my teaching ability, I have not done enough, especially the teaching essays, I have not been able to record them in time, sum up myself, and leave regrets in the teaching work.

Generally speaking, this semester, I did not do enough in the teaching work. As a young teacher , many places still need to improve. They should be open-minded to other teachers to learn, participate in listening and evaluation activities, and strive to make themselves The classroom teaching is more mature, and the understanding and grasp of students and teaching materials are further improved.

Second, education work

During the semester, I took the music teaching in the third, fourth and third grades of the first grade. At the beginning of the school, I participated in the open class of parents organized by the school and won the praise of the parents.
