My trainee summary: thinking about teacher work

Time flies, and the one-week trainee life has passed in a blink of an eye. Now I calm down and feel the short trainee days.

In some classrooms, I saw that teaching reforms are quietly taking place, and conscious teachers are trying to understand the classroom model of “taking students as the main body”. The creation of students has gradually become the teaching effect pursued by teachers. Secondly, the teachers here are also adapting to multimedia teaching and informatization teaching, which makes the classroom more vivid and richer in resources, and there are more channels for students to obtain learning resources. This is my deepest feeling in the Usha national small and the most harvested. At the same time, under the guidance of the instructor, I also had a general understanding of the school's network system.

In education and teaching, I realize that communication between teachers and students is very important. Communication is an important way to form a good teacher-student relationship. Teachers should be good at communication, be good at entering the emotional world of students, and listen to the true feelings of students; teachers should be good at guiding students to communicate with themselves and let students confide their true feelings. Through communication, we can understand the learning level and personality characteristics of students, and then promote the development of teaching.

After listening to so many classes and after-school communication with students and teachers , to be a teacher that a student likes, you must first have a heart that cares for your students. Teaching is not only for some excellent students, but also for the undergraduates. For the education of the underachievers, we must adhere to the principle of more praise, less criticism, more encouragement, less accusation, protect their self-esteem, and stimulate their bright spots. In classroom teaching, it is necessary to encourage the positive thinking of the progressive students, actively answer questions, give appropriate evaluations of their answers on the spot, and motivate them to advance.

This trainee allowed me to think about the knowledge I had learned in the classroom from practice, and also had a deeper understanding of theoretical knowledge, and laid the foundation for the internship in the next semester.
