I am no stranger to the teacher's job, but it is the first time to give a large group of students a lecture. I think there will always be some tension and uneasiness for the first time. I didn't expect that I could adapt to this environment so quickly. On the first day, I was not suitable to stand up and lecture. The first day I was not used to writing in chalk. I didn't adapt to the first day. The students are noisy. The next days will be taken for granted.
The life I have spent with my students this month is something that makes me happy and irritating. When I stood on the podium, the sense of mission naturally came into being, which made me full of motivation and responsibility. However, when I explain the same question over a dozen or even dozens of times, and when students make such mistakes, I will be unable to control my temper and feel very depressed. I feel that my efforts are in vain. He is simply a Stupid. One thing makes me feel lucky. The students here don’t avenge any more. No matter how much temper I send, we get along very well during class. They always discuss the clothes I wear today in my face, the Chinese food I eat today, the water I drink today, and almost all the students say that I am not like a teacher at all. Maybe because of this, I can't cure them at all. And I don't feel lost at all, but I am glad.
In terms of work, I think I am serious, but I lack patience. At this moment, I deeply understand why my aunt can bear it. There is no doubt that it is related to her profession. To be a teacher, we must have a "big" chest!
No matter how simple the question is, how many times you have said it, and no matter how many times the student has missed it, you must be the one who doesn't have it, and come back to him again. At the end, I have to ask him: "Have you understood?" "Well! Ok, now I am going to practice a topic, I don't know how to ask it!" I saw aunt telling a student a whole five questions. All over, calm. Today I finally know how much tolerance I need. It seems that if I want to develop this line, I need to hone. When I talked three times, who is still in a daze, I am going to get angry. After the hair was finished, I was calm, and I took the students to continue. Yes, this is the responsibility of the teacher!
In the group of students I teach, there are disobedience and no learning at all. Obviously, I can't grasp the teaching skills that make them wake up, because they still stand on the side of bad students. This is also one aspect that I need to ask for in the future.
In the classroom, the teacher needs to be well-versed in teaching, and he can do it with knowledge. This requires comprehensive preparation and deep knowledge. Under the class, the teacher will be able to answer questions and other disciplines. I am confident that I am doing a good job of these. However, the skills of the lectures can not be said to be full of confidence. After all, the skills are not all based on learning, and the exploration is the most important. The first time there are natural deficiencies, there are negligence aspects, and there are some misunderstandings. In this month's attempt to find out, I have learned some mistakes in teaching: First, I can't think that some common knowledge is particularly simple. Second, we must not follow the instructions, especially chemistry. The dullness of the book will make your students unable to listen to a word you said, and the expansion along the knowledge can effectively attract students' attention. The common chemical knowledge in life can stimulate students' interest and improve Teaching efficiency; third, you must not finish your homework in a series of consecutive classes.
