In July, according to the small size of the old village activity room and the comprehensive treatment room, we moved the comprehensive treatment room to Dongzhoutang Old Village to expand the comprehensive treatment room area to 200 square meters. Now we are leading the police station and street comprehensive management office. Comrades, while achieving achievements, we should also see that there are still some outstanding problems in the current economic and social development, which have affected the rapid economic and social development of our village to a certain extent.

Mainly the structural contradictions of the village-level collective economy are still outstanding. First, the collective economic income is scarce, and it is impossible to guarantee the value-added and preservation of collective funds. Second, due to the impact of the global financial turmoil, it is difficult to reduce the funds in part, and it is difficult for village enterprises to collect funds. Third, due to solving the remaining problems of roads, environment and facilities, the project expenditure has increased and the collective expenditure has increased. Fourth, due to the difficulty of land acquisition and the difficulty of demolition, the construction of Xinjiang Road has been delayed, which has restricted the work of the village. Fifth, due to the closure of enterprises, the increase of idle and unemployed personnel, social stability work and social security situation have become very serious; sixth, the construction of village-level teams, the social management and service standards of cadres, and control capabilities need to be strengthened. Seriously solving these contradictions and problems is of vital importance to the development of a period of time and requires us to continue to make unremitting efforts.
