First, change the concept of work and study, complete the role conversion

In the past six months, as an ordinary university student village official, I have realized the transformation from school to society and from college students to village assistants. First, correctly position yourself, strengthen learning, and enhance your awareness of society. The second is to establish the goal of work, actively think, and get rid of the school's way of learning and thinking, and strive to develop toward the goal. The third is to actively deal with the relationship with colleagues. Each position has an experienced comrade who is older than himself. Based on the principle of respect and understanding, I volunteered to ask them for their working methods, listened to their criticisms and suggestions humbly, and often worked with them to come up with ideas, find ways, and do their best to deepen their understanding and friendship. To lay a solid foundation for the normal development of daily work.

Second, continuously strengthen self-learning and improve thinking and understanding

After coming to the village committee for half a year, I constantly improved my thinking and understanding in theory and practice. In addition to the usual work, I will earnestly study the principles and policies of the party and the state; keep ideologically consistent with the party and actively move closer to the party organization. Now I have submitted my application for joining the party to the village branch; at the same time, in daily work. Zhong also humbly learned from the village cadres. Through in-depth communication with them, I know how to work in the village, how to deal with various relationships, etc., enriching myself, enriching myself, consolidating myself and improving myself in these experiences.

Third, go deep into the countryside and earnestly do practical things for the people.

After I went to the countryside , I learned with humility, I was not ashamed to ask, conducted investigations on the ground, mastered the basic situation in the village, and laid the foundation for a better work. I did the following with my own meager ability:

1. Handling the village-related forms, the township government's current forms in the village are taken to the village to fill in. On the one hand, I am familiar with the situation in the village. On the other hand, I can also fill in the forms. So that I can more effectively understand the suffering of the villagers.

2. Communicate the relevant requirements and spirit of the township government to the village in a timely manner; verify the implementation of the low-income households, and seize the opportunity to win the project investment under the guidance of the village leaders under the guidance of the actual situation of the village. Work with the village cadres to carry out the project planning and birth work in the village, and verify the list of the village's ligation and ring objects. Going to the village to do a good job of doing ideological work and publicizing new policies for family planning.

3. Actively handle the contradictions within the people. Assist the main cadres in the village to resolve various contradictions and effectively solve practical problems. When villagers have doubts about legal issues, I will patiently answer them. At the same time, I will seriously study the methods used by village cadres to deal with internal contradictions among the people. Prevent the recurrence of sudden contradictions, so that general contradictions and disputes do not leave the village, complex and difficult disputes do not go out of town, contradictions do not turn in, and strive to maintain the stability of the village.

4. Strengthen the standardization of village level construction. During the work period, I assisted the two village committees to improve the system of democratic discussion of the village party organization and the joint meeting of the two committees of the village, and established and improved the system of village affairs disclosure, financial disclosure and regular reporting by villagers committees. We will improve the villagers' "one case, one discussion" system and realize open, fair and transparent village-level affairs management.

5. Promote the "Communication of the People's Day" campaign and the modern distance education work of rural party members and cadres. Seriously organize and carry out the "Community Communication Day" activities to ensure standardization and order. Do a good job in the management of modern distance education equipment for rural party members and cadres, give full play to the role of modern distance education equipment, and do a good job of two tasks according to the relevant requirements of the county.

6, the whole body is invested in the return of the house and work. Retiring the house is a big project in the first half of the village. In order to ensure that the project can be completed before the appointed date, I will check the progress of the demolition of the farmers every day, exchange ideas with some farmers who are unwilling to dismantle, and publicize the policy guidelines of the township party committee. Let them know that this project is a good thing for the people.

Fourth, the existing problems

After half a year of hard work, I have made great progress in my work, not only to improve my work ability, but also to have a deeper understanding of rural work, expand my knowledge, and improve my work in rural areas . And the ability to communicate with the public. However, there are still many shortcomings: If the work enthusiasm is not high enough, and the thinking is more serious, many of the work is superficial and does not go deep into essence; the lack of ability and knowledge leads to the low quality of work.

As a village official, we are responsible for the trust and expectations of the villagers. Only by constantly strengthening their own enthusiasm, deepen their understanding and application of rural policies, deepen exchanges and communication with villagers, and use their own positive factors to seek common people. In fact, we can become a qualified village official in the eyes of the villagers, and we can live up to the trust and trust at all levels.
