First of all, we must pay attention to them. As a central strategic talent project, the “College Student Village Officer” has been rolled out across the country. The “village officials” have gradually or are gradually entering their posts. There are two problems here. First, the superiors sent the “village officials” to serve the rural areas . Second, the villages used the village officials to maximize their role. The first point is no doubt. The second point needs to be taken seriously by the leaders of our villages. After the Third Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee, rural reform and development has become the focus of the national strategy for a considerable period of time in the future. A series of policies for benefiting farmers have been and will be fully rolled out in the vast rural areas . I believe that everyone has already felt that in the past two or three years, there have been more and more "arrangements" in the village, more and more "trouble", and the requirements are getting higher and higher. This is precisely the concrete implementation of the central government's decision-making by the higher authorities and the concrete manifestation of the reform and development results sharing the countryside . Among them, there are some practical work workloads, and some professional guidance is required to complete better and faster. For example, the new rural cooperative medical work, the establishment and use of the cultural compound, and so on. These tasks are the work of the Party Central Committee to truly benefit the peasant people. If there are university student village officials involved, it will be better accomplished. Many future work will further confirm this point, and the village leaders believe that they have had some experience.

Second, don't send high hopes to these college students. Be patient and guide them in practice. Give them a process of gradual adaptation. Many village leaders have some doubts about the work of college student village officials in the countryside . In my opinion, this is normal to a certain extent. According to my observation of nearly 30 village officials in our townships, their work itself has to go through three stages. The first stage is the stage of "What can you do?" What's more, "You can't do anything, you can't make a child." This stage is often the time when the village leaders lose confidence in them. This stage is precisely the stage where the village officials adapt and need patient guidance. After all, most of them are newly graduated students, lack of social experience, and cannot enter the role immediately. The second stage is “瞧瞧, wait and see stage”. When village officials gradually understand the basic situation of the countryside and begin to gradually participate in some work in the village, they can already assist the villagers to complete the work, and some village officials can complete the work independently. In the third stage, the “complete acceptance stage”, due to the work of the village officials, the original work efficiency has been greatly improved, and some relatively difficult work can be completed. At this time, the village leaders will gradually accept that the role of the university student village officials begins to appear. I hope that the majority of the village leaders can recognize this. To believe in their village officials, after all, they have received a good education. It will gradually play a greater role in assisting the village work.

Third, we must have a broad mind that is a ladder. Most of the village officials will enrich the townships in the future. Become an important force in towns and villages. Therefore, in the three-year village official experience, we have to work as a ladder to promote their growth in all aspects. Our party has always had this fine tradition of helping the band. We must open our hearts and help them without reservation, so that our future life will be better. The goal of the Third Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee will be fulfilled at that time. By then, the people will have a better life and higher satisfaction, which will surely promote the better governance of our rural cadres.
