College student village official work exchange summary

On February 20th, the Organization Department of the District Committee held a symposium on the village cadres and provincial government officials. At the meeting, 10 village cadres and 9 provincial government officials exchanged ideas on their own work. Several section chiefs of the cadre department put forward their suggestions on our work. This meeting made me feel deeply and summarized the following points:

1. It is necessary to establish a sense of long-term rooted in the countryside . At the beginning of the meeting, the head of the organization department, Zhu Ke, clearly stated with our 9 provincial government officials: The 9 people in our room are selected through layers, and all departments in the province and the city are very concerned about us. We all hope to see that we can Make a difference at the grassroots level. Therefore, the file clearly stipulates that nine of us must work in the countryside within three years. It is impossible to transfer to other departments like the village officials and the village officials. Zhu Kechang’s remarks strengthened our confidence at the grassroots level. He told us: Our treatment and preparation issues will be considered by the cadre department. Our task is to study well in the countryside and learn from the village’s veteran cadres and old party members. Work experience and hard work. We also put forward four hopes for us: learn more, learn more about working methods, communicate with the people, and do practical things for the people. Do more, do more things, do what others can't do. Do something real; leave a little more, leave more recognition and satisfaction of the people; leave less, leave less regret.

2. Enhance your service awareness. By listening to the work descriptions of the 10 village cadres, I realized that even if they have worked in their respective jobs for several years and have some work experience, they also contacted us when they first entered the village. I am faced with the situation of doing nothing and being overwhelmed. They also started from doing service and clerical work, especially for some female cadres. They don’t have many opportunities to directly face the people at the grassroots level, but they can handle all the affairs of the village in the office. It is also their ability. Therefore, I realized that when I first arrived in the village, I didn’t have to be earth-shattering and have a lot to do. Everything started from a little bit, starting with the help of others.

3. Changed his understanding of the village officials. The village official is a new term, what is a village official, is the village official an official, and what should the village official do? I have not been very familiar with these issues. Through this exchange and communication, I realized that we should treat the village officials as a career rather than a career; the village official is not a real official, but one of the ordinary villagers, even as a fledgling university student, even Have a high theoretical level and cognitive ability. If we want to do a good job in rural areas , we must put down our shelves, lean down and be a "national student", learn from the people around us with humility, learn from the people with humility, and integrate into the people and integrate. Work to get a real workout.
