It has been eight months since the end of October 2019 to select Guanshan Village. The current situation of my work in the village and the new rural work in Guanshan Village during this period is briefly reported as follows:

First, adjust the mentality, familiar with the village situation, and make plans.

Since I went to work in Guanshan Village in the village, I feel that I have adjusted my pace and I am already familiar with the village appearance of Guanshan Village. The specific summary is:

The first is to "adjust the mentality and quickly enter the working state." Before the selection, although at the grassroots level, when I went to work in the village directly, I felt a little uncomfortable. After sorting out my ideas, I learned from the cadres of the village humbly and learned from the old party members. After learning the roots of their roots, the enthusiasm for work and the simple personality, I learned the principle of participation and the shortest. In the time, I completed the transformation of the role, gradually adjusted my work attitude and working methods and methods, adapted to the environment, quickly entered the working state, and initially straightened out the relationship between myself and the cadres in the village, fulfilling my own Duties. It should be said that the normal working relationship and the mechanism of discussion have been initially formed.

The second is "through the investigation, basically familiar with the village situation." Through the introduction of the village cadres, as well as household visits and various exchanges, I have done a "sense in mind" about the basic situation, customs and outstanding issues of Guanshan Village; Guanshan Village is located in the west of Yucheng, at the southern end of Yucheng, and is located in the new South of the 312 National Highway, adjacent to the old 105 National Highway, 5.5 kilometers away from the town center. The Ningxi Railway passes through the village, and the east and west crosses four village groups, a total of 14.7 kilometers. The third is to "clarify the train of thought and formulate a work plan for three years." After research and joint research with the village committee, and combined with the five-year plan for the construction of new rural areas in Guanshan Village, we will build a new socialist countryside in accordance with the goal of “production development, ample life, civilized villages, clean villages, and democratic management”. In modern agriculture, I have formulated a three-year plan and a XX year work plan, and are gradually adjusting and implementing steadily according to actual conditions and prioritization.

2. Progress in the work of the village in the first half of XX.

New rural construction.

Under the care and guidance of the town party committee and government, after eight hours, my work in the village has progressed smoothly, the economic and social undertakings in the village have developed well, and the construction of a new socialist countryside has shown a thriving scene. The specific implementation projects and funds of my resident village in the past eight months are as follows:

1. Completion of the closing work of the village construction of 151,000 yuan, standardizing the software, lighting up the environment, and reforming the publicity column and public column, which increased the highlights of management democracy;

2. Invested 49,000 yuan to renovate the central garden street garden, repaired the walking trail and built a small piece. The rectification of the dirty, chaotic and poor phenomena in the central village was carried out, and the appearance of the village was improved;

3. Invested 24,000 yuan to set up street lights in the central village and has been activated;

4. Under the coordination of the county party committee and the county government, the village invested 240,000 yuan, and the county transportation bureau was responsible for the asphalt hardening of the central village street, and the agreement was signed;

5. The combination of state investment and villager fund-raising, basically completed the 1.3-kilometer village-wide cement road project, and improved the traffic conditions for the entry and exit of Guanshan villagers;

6. With the support of the County Health Bureau of 50,000 yuan, a new standardized village-level health room of 120 square meters has been added and has been opened, laying a solid foundation for the new rural cooperative medical care;

7. The 100 biogas digesters project commissioned by the county agricultural committee has started, and the “one pool and three reforms” project is also carried out at the same time. Farmers will soon enjoy the benefits brought by green energy.

Highlight key points and steadily promote the top work of the two committees of the village.

The specific focus has been on the following four aspects: First, publicize and implement the "three rural" policy, so that the party's various principles and policies are implemented in a comprehensive and timely manner in the village, so that farmers can fully enjoy the "affordable benefits" brought by the policy. The second is to determine the implementation of the village's development ideas and plans to help the villagers to embark on the track of production and prosperity; the third is to rationalize the working relationship between the two committees, improve the work negotiation mechanism, implement village affairs, manage democracy, and cultivate the village at the same time. The level of reserve cadres; the fourth is to do more practical things, to the farmers concerned, related, and concerned issues, we must actively help to implement, with practical actions to let farmers feel the party's care and warmth.

Third, the problems.

After eight months of election, I feel that the overall progress of Guanshan Village is smooth, but in the implementation process, I also face some difficult problems:

First, the basic transformation of farmland needs to be resolved. The farmland in the village is uneven, it is inconvenient to cultivate, the canals are often blocked, and it is necessary to spend a lot of time and dredging every year, which consumes a lot of time and energy of the farmers, and should be focused on rectification and transformation in the long run;

Second, the development of the forestry economy is relatively extensive. The processing of forest trees by farmers is only semi-finished products, and the sales profit in the market is not high. The forestry processing points are scattered, and there is no economic association and cooperative organization of considerable scale. There are cases of mutual price reduction and loss management;

The third is the problem of drinking water. Due to the construction of small steel mills in the village in the 1990s, some of the groundwater was polluted, and it was extremely inconvenient for the villagers to draw water from the wells. Now there are natural rivers passing through the village. The construction of tap water channels in the central village is conducive to farmers' production and life. , but currently lacks project funding;

Fourth, the roads in the village need to continue to be built. Fifth, the awareness of environmental protection of villagers needs to be strengthened. There are more villagers living in the central village, so there are more domestic garbage generated. In addition, the villagers' awareness of environmental protection is not strong, and the phenomenon of garbage dumping and chaos has not changed completely. While strengthening publicity, it is necessary to set up garbage cans and arrange special personnel to clean the streets;

Sixth, the facilities at the village level are not perfect. Although the village-level clinic has been opened and there are 4 doctors, the rules and regulations in the health room are not perfect. In the case of more than 92% of the farmers, a total of 1,545 people have joined the new rural cooperative medical care, the diagnosis and treatment equipment is not satisfactory. The health care of the majority of farmers is still quite difficult;

Seventh, the supporting funds for the construction of new rural areas are relatively high, and farmers have certain economic pressures. In the process of building a new countryside , the central and local governments have a greater inclination to the rural areas in terms of policies and funds for benefiting farmers, and the enthusiasm of farmers is also very high. However, during the implementation of the project, farmers need to raise considerable funds themselves. For example, in the “one pool and three reforms” project supported by “biogas digesters”, the state fully supports the use of green energy and invests 800 yuan/pool to build biogas digesters. It is very favorable, but farmers need to invest about 700 yuan. For example, the “one pool and three reforms” project requires farmers to build pig pens and toilets. Each farmer needs to invest more than 4,000 yuan to bring certain pressure to farmers.

With regard to the above questions, I am prepared to work together with the comrades of the two committees of the village branch in accordance with the three-year plan and the XX year work plan.

During the time in the village, I really felt that I had chosen to send party members and cadres to work in the village. I was familiar with the situation of the whole village.
